My jr bacon cheeseburger had one bacon on it lol. So I cut it in half to at least get the taste of bacon on the whole sandwich! And my fries had absolutely no salt. But I was hungry and had to wait in the line wayyy to long so I had to eat it….
I used to go here frequently until the employee refused to make my breakfast order at 10:28am when I arrived. I placed the mobile order at 10:15. She was extremely rude and cursed quite a bit for being on the clock and in customer service. After about a year I went back the other day (7/13) and the food was decent. The drinks I ordered was a large and I was given a small. I then asked two other employees and they went and asked the older lady who gave me my order via drive through and came back and told me it was a large.
Today 7/14 I went to Wendy’s on King and Central and ordered my same order and was given an actual large drink and asked if this was the correct size and they said yes.
the employees at king and central were happy to help and happy to be there and very kind and welcoming. I will never be returning to this particular wendy’s tho, not only because I was shorted on my food but because the employees are rude and just mean.
I love Wendy's, I go to Wendy's all the time, wherever I may be... This Wendy's is shat.. Absolutely the worst tasting, Food was made at least 2 hours ago.. Service wasn't rude, but was non existent. Pulled up to drive through order screen. They say . "What's your order" it was a mobile order so I tell them that. Pull up to window,, they hand me my food and shut the window, no words exchanged.. Which all in all I don't mind so much .. but the food was terrible . Absolutely terrible. I drank my pop and threw the rest of it in the trash..
Drive thru order for two people. Simple orders, nothing off menu or adjustments like "hold the..." and it like 12 minutes to get our food. With no one in front of us. I'm not sure of the staffing issue at this location, but slow is the description I'm using. And the food is underwhelming. Wendy's used to be burger pattys hanging over the edge of the bun, or the chicken was way bigger than the bun for the chicken sandwich. Now the value seems to have disappeared. Smaller portions and higher prices. And the "sauced nuggets" weren't even sauced. Drizzled possibly. Disappointing trip to Wendy's. Hope things improve...
Nobody at counter, waited... finally ordered, waited for food ... still waiting.. workers had to ask me what I ordered...waited because they said they were making my burger fresh( which ended up being cold, go figure! Floor was so greasy that it was UNSAFE!!! Let me repeat... we couldn't even stand still without our feet sliding! Grade = F
Been here 3x ....never get my food right. I paid 13.62 for spicy chicken sandwich (ordered classic) that I cant eat, a med lemonade, and cinna bon today. Waited 20 min in line while other people in the drive thru were taking their sandwiches back in because their orders are wrong. I will drive all the way down to the other Wendys before I come back here! This is not rocket science
Service was terrible. The ambiance of this location is sad and hopeless. The quality of my order was mostly inedible. I received wrong food. Servers missed items not only once but twice. Do NOT go here, there’s another Wendy’s nearby instead that’s somewhat better. Oh and the other good reviews for this place are liars for sure. Let me save you and warn you of this place!
French fries were mushy, not cooked enough, no straw, and no plastic ware for my salad. Waited 20 min for my food.
