I'm 67 years old and couldn't remember the last time I tried a Wendy's burger, so the wife and I decided to stop by. We decided to sit in the dining room.
I had a Dave's Single and fries, the wife got a Jr. Cheeseburger. The wait time for the food was actually pretty quick. The restaurant was clean, but the decor was like a '80 fast food dining room. Really nothing special.
My hamburger was fine, tasty, no complaints. It looks like a Famous Star from Carl's jr. Unfortunately, I think I prefer the Carl's burger better because the sauce they put on it. My fries were crispy and pretty tasty. Not McDonald's fries but pretty darn good! Probably could have used just a tad more salt.
My wife's burger was also good. On par with a McDonald's cheeseburger.
Bottom line. Good food, clean and quick friendly service. I wouldn't go out of my way for another but if I was with someone who wanted to stop by, I wouldn't complain.
Wendy’s usually does not disappoint. A daves single is always great but i decided to get a baconator for the first time in over a decade. Dissapointing as hell wheres the bacon lol the Jr Bacon Cheeseburger has better quality bacon than this. Maybe its just this wendys but man…
Food was good. Our order was not accurate at the drive thru window. We order two $6 biggie bags (awesome value). Fries were hot. Chicken nuggets fresh. Burger and chicken sandwich good. Our drinks were NOT accurate. We ordered a Coke and Sprite. We received some type of flavored Coke or Dr Pepper (not sure). Sprite had red tinge to it, so probably a Cherry Sprite.
Employee was touching the patties with no gloves on that’s pretty gross I will not ever eat here again
It was so cold that another customer went out to get a jacket. When I asked to turn off the ac, the girl working the counter said they couldn't shut it down. Besides, it would get too hot behind the counter . So I guess you don't want customers eating in the sit-down area . We got our food and left . NOT HAPPY
My husband has a love of the chocolate frosty. We headed to the drive thru after some business at the bank. When we pulled up to the speaker to give our order the girl asked us to wait a minute please. So, we waited. The line was all the way past the bank. The guy behind us was very upset and went inside to tell them the line was long and we needed to be helped. There were two people inside eating their food. The employee said ok. Still, they did not come to the speaker to help us or anyone. We left, this world is ridiculous! No such thing as customer service anymore!
I placed an order through the app, received my conf. and receipt. But when I arrived to pick up my order, the employee at the register informed me they didn't receive the order and just shrugged as if to say, "oh well". I asked what we could do to resolve the issue, as obviously I wasn't leaving without food or a refund. After going back and forth with the employee, he proceeded to basically tell me there was nothing he can do, despite me showing him my receipt with payment info and, yes, the correct location. Still, it wasn't his problem, he had a could-care-less demeanor, and he never attempted to involve a mgr himself. Once I insisted on speaking to the mgr, Tiff, she quickly and appropriately addressed the issue thankfully, she had my order made for me and I was on my way shortly after. Why in the world did I have to deal with blatant idiocy and poor customer service from the first employee when it was such an easy fix?? The attitude and lack of customer service from this initial employee left the worst taste in my mouth, despite the food actually tasting decent... which is why I gave 3 stars, instead of 2 stars.
We decided to go through the drive because the boys didn't want to go in and we had gift cards to use. Tried the new pineapple shake that was good ????. Here's the issue, first we weren't able to use the gift cards we had, which discourages us from ever coming back. Then when we ordered, again always check your order before driving away, it was wrong. So sadly we don't recommend coming here. It's highly likely that on their end there were issues which couldn't be helped, but then before one orders disclose and at the very least get the order correct.
