In April 2024, we stopped there for lunch during our trip from our home in NJ to Niagara Falls as the kids wanted to go to a Wendy's. It was quick and good. The place has plenty of parking and is clean. The service is good and quick and the food was pretty good. We ordered three sandwiches and a wrap and they were quite decent. The bathrooms were pretty clean as well. We were in and out in no time. We would gladly go there again if we are in the area.
ok It's Fast food. lets be honest you're not expecting to be awed. It was customer service that excelled here thanks to Justine, presented leadership and professionalism in such short time much appreciated. -Mike
I was telling my boss how wonderful the pretzel baconator is, so we decided to go to each get a combo meal. We had to pull up and wait a few minutes for our food, but ohhh was it worth it. It was late, and the fries were perfect, the bun, the burger, and even the way the cheese melted on it....just wow. I hope Wendy's never takes it off the menu. It should be their #1 burger.
Placed a mobile breakfast order at 8:15am and when I got to the restaurant the poor employees were standing outside in the rain because their manager hadn't gotten there yet to open up. Cancelled my order and went across the street to McDonalds.
This place messes up your order multiple times even after explaining how to make it!!
It wasn't good fries were barely warm the ice was over flowing the burger was raw in the middle
Service was fast. Very kind and food hot and yummy and packed with care. Great Wendy's great experience!
Worked here for a few months, ngl don't go there the managers are disrespectful, the work atmosphere is stressful for no reason, and the amount of disrespect you get for no reason is insaine,
