Usually food is good and costumer service good as well. But this past sunday they got my order wrong. When i told them they got mad at me and said yes i irdered that. But then said you want a refund. And i was like really why do u ask if u messed up and over charged me. So i said leave it like that and then they say er dnt have ranch after i ordered chicken nuggets. Say that vefore habd my kids wont eat them without ranch.... they ended up giving me a salad ranch bc i insisted. But damn i might not come here again. They wont apologize but have the nerve to get mad at us!
They give attitude when you ask for sauce and it’s every single time if I’m paying 13-16 for a meal I deserve at least two sauces
Was alright, just needed to use the restroom and have a place to eat my lunch from home. Bathrooms need a code so that’s inconvenient if they’re “too busy” to pay attention to walk ins asking for it. They opened the bathroom for me, that was nice except idk the code and couldn’t wash my hands after eating my lunch in the lobby. I’m glad I have wipes in my car. Other than this, the restaurant and restroom is clean. Also not a fan of hand air dryers, but I get it. If you’re so understaffed cut any costs to reduce cleaning. ????????♀️ also, the would be glass fireplace for ambiance either doesn’t work or isn’t on, so it could be nicer if it was.
Wendy’s prices are great but the price of great attitude is free . I experienced bad customer service here bc this is very short on staff when it open. I order a meal and received something completely different. I tried to use their soda machine and it was a complete disaster . It was completely empty and we had to ask the short staff crew to refill are drinks for us. They management is need to improve on getting thing together at this location
I don’t know what happened to the amazing crew they had running this location but they are greatly missed. The food is not great and that’s if they even give you your whole order. Apparently that’s asking to much, sure they take your money but don’t give you the food that you paid for. Do better.
Upon arriving the building is amazingly modern and there was a giant A in the window thumbs up already. On the inside the restaurant is huge and very nice. For a second I didn't think I was in a fast food joint. Staff was friendly and one of the best meals from Wendy's I have ever had. Apple pecan salad and bacon jalapeno fries. Could not believe how nice it looked and that the portions were unlike other restaurants that hold back. Thank you for a great lunch I wish I lived closer this would be the only place I would eat at.
Fast clean and friendly . Didnt skimp on the condiments either. Smelled a little like sewer by the bathrooms.
Bathroom was wet floor like someone urinated on it. I told a worker who was walking in not sure if it was Diego, but that's who's named as my host on my receipt. But this guy was handling food after the cash register, and coming out of checking restroom and he did not wash his hands. They also put my nuggets in paper at first the lady working told them yo put them in Tha cardboard containers and the same guy that did not wash hands picked up the containers and put the ones poured out in the container. I gave the food away to someone who looked hungry outside the store. These places are really disappointing to say the least. I just walked out not to long ago.
