This places service genuinely just sucks. Half the time when I go there the workers couldn’t care less, dont say hi or anything, give me the food and close the window. Nothing. I worked in fast food for a while I was getting through collage so I know how stressful it can be and how difficult customers can be. But it’s every time at this point. I genuinely cannot think of 1 positive experience from there from the service. I hope things improve and if it’s the environment or working conditions are influencing their mood I hope that gets sorted out too.
Last night I went to pick up a small order and the window server was yelling profanities to another coworker and profanities in spanish and english out loud to himself while servicing me... I felt very uncomfortable. And of course there was missing items in my order. I ordered a potato with chives and sour cream and no sour cream was given. He was clearly distracted angry and not caring how he presented himself at the window. Terrible service. This was at 11:45PM 10/10
It's Wendy's. Lol the food is about the same as any Wendy's.
The sevice was not great. No one spoke English.

Been visiting this location for 6yrs on my way to.and from NY. I can honestly say that today was my last day patronizing this location. Put ingredients that don't belong on my order and didn't find out till halfway home on 80w. Who the heck puts ranch on a jr bacon burger??? Then argue with me and tell me it's Mayo on the phone! No apologies just straight to defending the cook! I don't play with money or food! Can't spend hard earned money with establishments that take you for granted! Be blessed!Manager working 7/25/24 7:20pm needs training on how to handle situations better! Seems like this location staffs younger family in which this young generation are just disrespectful and don't care!
I came to Wendy’s via the drive thru and my experience was good. The lady working there was very friendly and my food was very good. I love the strawberry lemonade and the fries. I got a Dave’s single.
Above average Wendy's in the ITC crossing. Food is consistently good and the employees are always friendly.
Update august 2024
I dunno what's up with their fountain soda but the regular coke always has a hint of lime. Tried it a few times just to be sure, always order just the normal coke no flavor.
The employees that work here are useless. They can't even take an order properly. I asked for saucy nuggz and I got spicy nuggs which wouldn't be a huge problem normally except that there's a big price difference. I want what I paid for, not what the idiots here think I ordered
This Wendy's location is pleasant. There wasn't too much of a wait at the drive-thru. Our orders came out just right, and the fries were made at the perfect temperature. It is nice that the fries don't come with too much salt. The fries almost have a natural potato look that's got mildly, crispy, golden edges. Anyhow, the sandwiches and drinks were great! They hit the spot.
