Drive thru woman was not friendly at all. I say thank you & smile, no response & ignored. Politeness means a lot to me.
This was my first time visiting this Wendys location. It was also my first time ordering a burger from Wendys & I was highly disappointed.
I ordered no mayo and still got mayo. The burger itself just...wasn't good. Kinda thin & bland. Nothing special.
Received no crackers for the chili. They said they were out. Chili was O.K. I guess.
Kind of an odd spice to it that I don't remember it having (back when I lived in Louisville, the Wendys there).
Won't be back.
This is a disgrace to Wendy's. Got a Freestyle machine and it doesn't work. I've seen signs saying they're out of fries. Advertises a caramel frosty and they don't actually got it. May Dave Thomas haunt this place
I like Wendy’s food, generally, when it’s good but I have not had many overall good experiences at this Wendy’s. I dined in for my meal tonight and as always, the service is generally blasé. Tonight they were scrubbing the floor with massive amounts of water, making for a dangerous, and unenjoyable dining experience. Floor extremely slick. The experience from this Wendy’s always pushes me to go to McDonalds that’s across the street which I don’t care to do but they are more predictable and consistent with their service and quality.
Second picture was their idea of a sausage egg and cheese biscuit as well. The sausage was almost black and you could barely break it off with your fingers.
Nasty! Unacceptable! Extremely greasy burger. Messy. Old tomatoe and old lettuce.. Food was cold. Can't believe you all would serve this to people. Disgraceful! Tossed it in the trash when I got home.
In desperate need of new management. I should have read some reviews before I stopped there, but I assumed that all Wendy's were professionally owned and managed. This one, maybe not so much.
As you walk up, you are welcomed by a glass door that is decorated with the hand prints of customers. I'm not a forensic expert, but my guess is the front doors had not been cleaned in days if not weeks.
I should have turned away then because it wasn't any better when I entered.
THERE'S NO EXCUSE FOR THIS STORE TO BE SO DIRTY!
Love this place food is always nice and hot and if they mess up an order they take full responsibility for it. Also they have some awesome workers there very nice and hard working.
Wendys is my favorite fast food. But since I moved to leitchfield ky, the wendys here is the worst. 4 out of 5 times they get my order wrong or the fries are cold.
Awful today.... Paid extra for cheese and onions and didn't chop the onions and skimpy on the cheese and onions! Sucked bad! Getting to where I don't want to eat out any more!
