My experience at this Wendy’s was so nice I was honestly impressed. I ordered some food and a coffee. I placed a mobile order and picked it up in the drive thru, and then parked outside the restaurant to go inside and ask for some more sauce (they gave me some but my boyfriend asked me to get some more). When I walked in I was immediately greeted and when I asked for more sauce they gave it to me and the young lady also said she would remake my coffee because it had been made wrong. If she hadn’t said anything I would have had no idea. This location is great, everyone is super nice and polite. It’s 20 minutes away from my house but I would drive to this one instead of the one that’s 5 minutes from my house just because I know my order will be correct and they are very kind.
The people here are very nice, but the reviews are true about them getting orders wrong sometimes. Hasn't been happening to me for a while now, but just always be sure to check your bag before you leave. Otherwise, love it.
I'm in town working and came to this Wendy's twice thinking the first time the employees were just having a bad day but I returned today to the same crappy, unprofessional, ghetto staff that I experienced yesterday only this time it was worse. The staff was sooo rude and incredibly unprofessional and the food once again tasted weeks old, fries were ice cold and burgers were ice cold and stale.
This location is not the one you wanna stop at, be warned, go literally anywhere else. The need to clean house and find proper management.
I messed up my own order, and they went above and got me what i actually wanted. I'm traveling from ohio. If i lived close, I'd definitely be coming here
Madison in the drive through took my order today. The most POLITE and PROFESSIONAL drive through experience I ever had. The food was great and fast service.
Can't rate atmosphere since didn't eat in .... food was not very good this time and was cold when we got it after waiting in the drive thru for 10 min to get the food.
I order a cobb salad. The tomatoes were the skin of the tomatoes. Not diced tomatoes. So disappointed.
This was by far the best Wendy burger I've ever had. Hot, fresh, juicy. I've nit been back because I'm scared I won't get a burger as good as that one. Great job...
