Went to Wendy's to redeem a Baconator reward. Picture clearly showed a double patty Baconator. When I got my order via drive thru and I went to my home. I saw that it was a single patty. And not a very good one either. I know that it's a free reward, but I would like to get what's shown.
We came from Texas and needed to get food before our movie started and I was super impressed with the service here. We came in the day before Thanksgiving at around 3. The place was clean and the staff was very patient with our group taking forever and trying to decide what to get and changing our minds a lot. They were helpful and even gave recommendations. I know sometimes good experiences with staff at fast food restaurants are hard to find, so I wanted to go out of my way to let the staff there know I was very grateful for how they treated us. The bathrooms were clean and even smelled good.
A customer service tonight was amazing tonight, quick and polite. I don't remember the customer service representative's name but both the drive through worker and the person who helped me at the front were awesome.
Definitely had better experience than this one. Ordered big bacon classic (#7combo) and opened the wrap to a Baconater sandwich. Their drive thru sign indicated it would include lettuce, tomatoe and onion.
While waiting for the order in the drive through, it seemed like 2 employees were speaking about the order gesturing to the monitors. (don't speak spanish????) I was handed the bag of food.
I believe their sign or monitor is not corresponding to the correct order and getting confusion at the drive-thru window. Or plain miscommunication or mix up of sandwhich.
Not super impressed with this Wendy’s - we went at 11:30 am, just wanting Frosty’s. The Frosty’s were not ready yet, so we had to wait 15 minutes. They didn’t communicate well with me during this time, I had to keep going up and asking or they probably would have forgotten my order completely. Bathrooms were closed. Pros are that the restaurant was pretty clean, and when we finally got our Frosty’s, they were delicious. Highly recommend the pumpkin spice flavor ????
Went into this location today and asked for a 50 piece nugget. Nothing else. Instantly the guy on the drive through was mad that we ordered that and interrogated where we ordered it from. Charges us for a 50 piece then gives us 40 nuggets.
I used to really like the food but it gets worse every time. They always forget something like nuggets or sauce or straws. This time they felt like my burger needed a hair in it.
When I showed up no one was at the counter inside the store to take my order. Someone working one of the drive through windows noticed immediately and went out of her way to take my order because she knew it could take some time before the person who was supposed to be at the storefront could take my order. It totally made my day.
