If I could put no stars I would! They’ve served raw chicken to me and plenty of other people this week! They do not care, they only care about themselves. I’ve missed the last few days of work because I’ve been so sick, do not ever go to this location! The health department has been called and complaints have been filed!
I ordered a biggie bag to pick up. I didn’t care to check my order till I got back home to find my burger is missing meat. When I came back an hour later to let the employees know my situation. I heard one of the employees saying how come I didn’t come back earlier than an hour later. I rode the scooter as transportation and it takes 25 minutes to get from there to my house and 25 minutes back. The manager was the only person who was professional with helping me out.
Ordered breaksfast this morning via the mobile app and when my boyfriend arrived to pick it up they said that they didn't have it and weren't doing breakfast anymore. They told him he needed to come in for a refund and as he walks through the door, another guy comes in and picks up a mobile order for breakfast and an employee says "you got the last breakfast". Incredibly frustrating as our order was placed before the 10:25 AM that is presented when you do the mobile order and it was picked up before the 11 am that it says breakfast is served until when you place the order. Pretty obnoxious and incredibly disappointing.

My daughter and I were given the best customer service. Food was on point. Any time I want some Wendy's this is the location I will go to from now on, no matter what part of town I'm in. We sat in the lobby and ate. I was very impressed by how quickly the staff got orders done and the quality customer service they provided. The restaurant and bathrooms were very clean and maintained well even while they got busy. High five y'all ????
This Wendy’s must practice how to get a drive thru order wrong. This time ordered two 10pc spicy nuggets, one “sauced” with sweet and sour and the other “sauced” with buffalo sauce, with one a combo with fries and a coke. The combo she tells me the coke machine is down, but that they have diet available, ended up ordering a regular lemonade. She then tells me that there is a $1 up charge for buffalo sauce, but that the ghost pepper sauce is free. I paid the extra $1 which I thought was odd. Get home to find out that the lemonade was essentially all water with a few floaters of lemon in it, the 10pc nuggets were both 8pc nuggets instead. Both nuggets were supposed to be spicy, but only one was. Both were supposed to be sauced, only one was and the other they literally dumped some buffalo sauce in a chili cup and threw it in the bag. The nuggets that ended up being the spicy ones were fresh and hot, the other that should have been spicy and wasnt had been sitting a while and were cold. Literally the only thing correct on the order was the fries. This Wendy’s is getting a reputation for sure to charge you through the drive thru for what you order then the order you get is almost always shorted. Maybe one day they will improve LOL
Great drive through in Denver. Friendly staff and convenient. Not a ton of drive-through restaurants in Denver, so if you need something quick this is a good option!
Wendy’s was my son’s choice for his 7th birthday. The staff, especially X, were so kind. The food and service were amazing too. We will be back!
There was a bread tie in my husband's burger that we got last Friday. He called the store right after he found the bread tie and they said they will notify general manager. They didn't even ask for his contact information to follow up on this issue.
