I always have quality and accuracy issues at this location but it's so close I always give it a try about once a year. Still disappointing. No burger on my burger is a new low
The lady working the window “Polly” is very impatient. If she stays employed she shouldn’t have any interaction with customers. I asked her what the difference was between a five dollar biggie bag and a six dollar biggie bag she said “they’re about the same” I couldn’t see the menu because it was 11 o’clock at night and the light was off on the menu. I will never be back at this location. Hope I don’t get sick from the food.
I am very patient and understanding but wow are you kidding there was no one in line I was the only one waiting for someone to take my order for over 20 minutesthat blows my mind they kept saying sorry while they were doing other orders. I have worked fast food myself and understand that stress. But dam this is crazy. And why I would wait lol 20 Minutes just to see how long it would take since I had already waited might as well wait. I know it's hard to find good work but dam figure it out
We did an online order today for my family to pick up at 1:30 and the food wasn’t ready until 1:50. It took at least 10 minutes for someone to talk to us. She put the food on the counter and threw bags at us to put the food in as she walked away. Once we got the food, there were 2 items missing and we had to go back. The girl that was putting our order together looked like she hadn’t brushed her hair and just through it up with no hat. She was always wearing pimple patches on her face that could easily fall in someone’s food.

Garbage! You all need to stop hiring people who think the customer is stupid. Lady tried to charge me $7 for a biggy bag with the jbc. I didn’t even get a jbc I got a regular burger. And it wasn’t even fresh!!! Even after I showed her the $5 sign she still argued with me come on you pay your employees how much?
so this girl in the drive through Sherley was so disrespectful on Halloween she forgot half the order than last night I went in worst customer service with her she’s disrespectful and demanding she doesn’t even treat her co workers nice, so far the only time I’ve had good communication and customer service is walker and Jordan they always treat me with respect when I come in and are very kind.
The food was hot and it's a comparable breakfast to other fast food... But fast was inaccurate. I spent 25 minutes in the drive-thru (mind you there was only 4 vehicles ahead of me). I won't be coming back to this location. You should never put a new hire at the drive-thru part of your restaurant, as it's the fastest paced part... the employee stated they wanted to cry. I told him to have a good day and not to work too hard.
