My recent stop at Wendy's was kind of surprising. Even though the prices are still pretty high, it feels like the portion sizes keep getting smaller. I ordered a small Frosty and it was tiny, almost like something you'd get in a kid's playset. And the fries? They came in these ridiculously small packages that made them look like they came out of a cartoon. It's frustrating because you end up feeling like you're just snacking instead of having a proper meal. Even though the food tastes alright, spending $30 and still feeling hungry when you leave is pretty disappointing.
Over cooked over salted fries ???? my spicy chicken was old and rubbery, this place should be shut down! The workers clearly don’t care about quality of Wendy’s went Tuesday 8/27 around 5pm I went through drive through and didn’t bother to go back!
We love breakfast at Wendy’s, the food was hot and potato where fresh off broiler. Restaurant was nice and warm and very clean. I come to this location for those reason, food is always fresh and hot.
Today I think I should right My experience as an employee at Algonquin Wendy’s . Well as you know if you showed up to this location I always am quit respectfull and don’t react to comments I respond to questions my experience is very different from other employees because of me being white . I work at Wendy’s for about two months. Every day was very busy and people wasnt happy about there food because there was poor communication skills with the whole team . I got food born illness while working there because I would eat there not to mention being a white girl I got pushed around not respected by others so I had no problem paying for my food I eat . Thinking I get a discount at least for me being an employee was also judged I guess of me being in the Algonquin west end location and I as a 23 year old white young lady an I am writing this because I am very disappointed as a person who knows her value of her self I shouldn’t have went threw so much unnecessary stuff.. I give the staff and manger Marcus a 5/10 in there store because yes the food usually is fresh but my experience was impacted a lot . me having serve safe certificates I thought I should work at fast food to get enough experience but I am awear fast food is not a line cook position and 10 dollars will not be my pay once I continue my future in the food business thanks to who ever reads these things.
Great location with newer remodeled inside. Friendly & helpful staff. Comfy & inviting seating. 2 Coca-cola freestyle machines inside. Dine in, order ahead or take out. New French fries are now available.
Nearly every time I go here I have something wrong with my order. Got a biggie bag with the Bacon Cheese Burger got home and found they forgot to add the burger! How does that even happen Wendy’s! ????
Ordered a number one meal. They only gave me the Burger when I told them about it they gave me a drink that was warm. No straw didn't give me a receipt. They got my burger wrong and about half the box of the small fry container as all the fries I got. Can't return to tell them the issue because of the no receipt worst Wendy's ever.
I went through the drive thru. The man who helped me was very nice. There was a car at the window in front of me. It moved up to the door. I assumed it was waiting for an order to be brought out. I paid for the order & moved up to the door. The young lady inside was carrying a bag but didn't seem to know what to do. Anyway I loved the breakfast menu items I got. And the people were nice.
