I've been going to this location for years. It was recently renovated and reopened. Ever since then the service has been terrible. They haven't got an order correct since they reopened. Today, I had to explain to them that a ghost pepper chicken sandwich is different from an Asiago chicken sandwich. When I got the sandwich, they used Asiago sauce instead of the ghost pepper ranch sauce. You would think they would know their own menu. That's the last time I'm going to that location.
Ownership and management have zero clue how deal with loiterers. Not a new phenomenon.
Employees are never friendly or smiling. Music sucks. Bathrooms always locked. Freestyle machine rarely works.
There are many better choices at this intersection.
Not sure who the young woman is who does the drive through window, but she was working tonight at 1030PM. I am writing specifically to complain about her as this is the third order she has gotten incorrectly for me. I don't want her fired, but she should definitely be removed from working the window since she does not care to actually get orders correct.
The store look newly renovated, and everything looked very clean, when I walked in, no one was behind the counter, I called out several times no answer from anybody. Finally an employee stepped out of the restroom as I was about to walk out and took my order, the meat Patty on the burger was not fresh, taste it dry and stale probably been sitting around for hours if not longer. Definitely a far cry from years past, these days you just paid more for lousy service and bad food.
I don’t leave reviews often but I come here a lot on my lunch break from Papa John’s and these guys are great. Food is always fast and fresh and the staff are smiling and giving great customer service. I’m always getting my free JR frosty with my keychain!
Just went through the drive thru about ten minutes ago. We regular this Wendy’s. The girl at the window at night is HORRIBLE. Has no patience and is unprofessional
Extremely rude. They recently renovated but man do they need to renovate their employees. Not sure who I talked to but I ended up leaving without even ordering because they were awful. Don’t come here.
Order a meal that included chicken nuggets and a burger and fries. Went through the drive thru and when I went to get my chicken nuggets out of the bag, the chicken nuggets were missing. Normally I go to the Wendy's in Rockville and never had a problem. Came here for the first time and they screw up my order. Tried to call them and no one answers the phone.
