I ordered to go. My order was a dbl without onions, fries, and a coke. I'm sure you know what's coming. They gave me a cup. I filled it with coke. I went back to the counter, and there were two bags of food and a tray. I asked if one was mine. She said mine hadn't come up yet. I waited a couple of minutes. Still no food. I asked again about the order. She said it's sitting right there. I took it and went home. I took out the dbl and, yes, onions, took a drink of coke. It was a diet coke. I gave it to my gf. The fries ???? were okay. I'm not a big fry fan. Except for Rallys. That was it. If for no other reason. Follow me for the pics. I have a lot. If enough people follow. I'll start a FB page. Open forum, talk about who you like, or dont. See how others feel about them. Everyone likes a good arguement. Thank you, parade wave. Enjoy your day.
I went through the drive thru, wait was brief. Food was done exceptionally well. Staff I encountered were great! Friendly, welcoming, genuinely seemed to enjoy their job. I purchased several Boo Books and staff thanked me for the purchase and supporting the initiative! I definitely recommend and I will return to this Wendy's again!
The location was moderately clean. The table I sat at was a bit sticky but beyond that things were well kept. The inside was pretty empty so I was able to order and then get what I ordered within about 1 minute (only got a strawberry frosty).
I have to admit the strawberry flavor was not my thing….
However, the workers were pleasant and quick - so I can’t complain.
I always come through the drive through on Friday or Saturday nights for my kids. And the teenagers that I’ve encountered have been SO polite and SO respectful. I just wanted to complement them!
I placed a large order tonight around 9:00 pm and picked it up through the drive thru. They had 5 employees working and they were very busy with multiple cars in the drive thru. The workers were all super nice and professional. I had all my food in the bag and everything was delicious. This location is my favorite and we order atleast a couple times a month. I've never had any issues at this location. I'm always amazed with how patient and kind they are when there is a line around the building. Excellent service and delicious food. Thank you to everyone working tonight!
Paid $16 for a plain hamburger and a $5 Biggie bag and waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes for lunch, and stare at me clueless when I walk in questioning the order. Good for you Wendy's, you're top notch!
I don't know HOW Wendy's stays in business these days. Burgers are HALF the size they were 20 years ago and are now grossly overcooked....certainly no longer "hot and juicy". Dried out and devoid of flavor.
This happens a lot at this location. But it seems to happen at many of the Wendy's locations. It's like they deliberately do this when they're running low on fries during the rush at lunch time. Is this a corporate policy? It has happen more times than not. I mean at least get it 3/4 filled but this is the full box, no fries in the bottom of the bag. They haven't been eaten or dropped out of the bag because it was closed all the way back to work. Treat people as you wish to be treated. Would you be happy to continually pay for a full order of fries just to find this repeatedly. Have some self respect and do your job right. And the burger was to have everything, lettuce, tomato, pickles, cheese and again, vegetables tend to never get on a burger with everything. Slam them out as fast as you can, don't worry about completing the sandwich or the fries.
