I got the worst burger and fries from this Wendy’s. It’s hard to explain but it’s unacceptable how unvalued our hard earned money is appreciated with nasty food!
I normally stay away from this location, but wanted a Diet Coke. When i approached the place to order, I noticed a sign $1 any size soft drink. YAY. Approached the pay window, was asked for $3.57–i nicely asked about the promotion. Another person was called to the window—she said the deal had expired and I should have seen that on the sign. Okay?! I drove around—there was no expiration date. I went inside and the staff was super rude and acted like I had three eyes to question them. Looking for my receipt, but it doesn’t appear given one—I paid cash. If I could give zero stars I would.
Dine-in was empty, less one table. When the attendant walked up to the register she did not greet me or acknowledged me. She simply stood there staring at me. I had to ask if she was ready for me to order.
The food was fast, although the fries were warm and not fresh. Neither were the nuggets.
The order was not accurate, but I paid for it still opposed to going through the dispute process.
The condiment area had no napkins or small drink lids.
I would visit again being it is simple fast food.
Wendy's used to be a treat that I look forward to. Now.. the worst burgers around and slow service considering the food isn't fresh
Won’t ever be going here again no way I should be waiting almost 30 min for two biggie bags and the location wasn’t even busy…literally used up all my lunch time…customer services at this location doesn’t exist
I’ve been coming here for 3 days straight in the am they open for 600 am but they don’t start till they get ready. I see them in their walking around playing with their hair peeping from behind the wall if they can’t do the job. Let’s somebody who needs a job do it
Never posted about any restaurant until now, but the server was so rude that I need to say something. She was young, but should have known better. I said “hello” to her as she approached the cash register (no response). I felt like she intentionally ignored me until I gave her my order. Still no eye contact. After she gave me the total, I put my payment on the counter as I counted out the change portion. She then refused to take the cash that I offered her, telling me that she felt disrespected since I did not put the money directly into her hand. REALLY??? She needs to learn that being nice is key to respecting others. She was downright rude in every way possible. I will NEVER RETURN to this Wendy’s.????
If i could i would give 0 stars because i waited like 2 minutes just in front of the speaker on the drive tru just to place my order with no line, i was the only one there and when i pull up to pick up my order they hand me a Dr pepper when i ordered a coke and on top of that it was hot and without ice and i said why you didn't said yall had no ice i don't want a hot drink and she started screaming to me and when i ask for the manager it turn out she was the manager it was a black female she didn't want to tell me her name but i guess is the one on the recipt (Dyshell) also lettuce was old and dry and bread had mold ...... I'm not coming back there
