Wendy's use to be my favorite place to eat for fast food. Their food quality is obviously better, or it at least taste better. That 4 for 4$ was the shabam. Inflation ruined wendy's. The food still taste good, but the price is ridiculous. I literlly got priced out of my favorite fast food. The 4 for 4 became the 4 for 5, then 4 for 6, now its 4 for $7 depending on the sandwich, and Im not talking about a baconator. Wendys has whataburger prices for sonic level food.
I waited over 40 MINUTES for my freakin order!! Normally I never complain but the amount of incompetence that I had to deal with and watch them not figure anything out is ridiculous. It wasn't even busy. If it was busy and the staff was bustin it to get it done. I could fully understand but everyone was walkin around like Zombies. I almost offered to go back there and do it myself. It was ridiculous. How can they just sit there dumbfounded and stare at tickets for 10mins and not get anything out and then to top it all off. Get my order wrong too! Over 40 mins and my order is wrong. Frosty not even fully filled up & just had a tiny bit of pineapple syrup at the top and my krabby patty burger is missing the special sauce. No time to even deal with it either. I just had to take it and go. I was 15mins late to work but already had paid for my damn order so I just got stuck waiting for it and got stuck watching the 3 stooges back there bumble around and not know what they were doing.
It was the most ridiculous service I had ever seen in my entire life. Idk what was going on in there. If they were just all high or what.
No refund offers from the manager who was there the whole time. I had an offer to get my frosty remade after I brought up it was made wrong and missing syrup but I was so late that I couldn't do it. I had even ordered online to make it quicker and easier too.
Reading other reviews it seems like this is a common occurrence with the day shift staff. I got there at 3:35pm so it'd be that same day staff. No idea why they haven't been let go.
Just avoid the day shift at all costs I guess.
Holy moly! I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place needs some help! Instead of going through the drive thru I ran inside. Only one person in front of me. I stood there for close to 10 minutes before his order was taken, then about another 10 for mine to be taken. So after close to 20 min I finally got my food, walked outside the cars that were in the drive thru had only advanced about 4 spots. WOW. I’ll avoid this one in the future.
My coworker and I got off work after such a long cold night just to come to the Wendy's on sunset in Springdale ar to be met with employees that were in the drive thru window ,with a attitude when I asked to add a water for him to just roll his eyes give us the food and walk away as she and I waited for him to come back to let him know our food was cold and hard and after having oral surgery recently you can imagine the pain to eat so we asked him to make them fresh and soft and his response was there all that way so I asked can we get fresh ones and his response was why if it's going to be hard either way then we proceed to let him know we would like them freshly made and he walks away and someone else attends us this is so sad that someone could give such horrible service this early in the morning never again ..
Good food for the most part, however Wendy's could use more help as when they are busy there's quite a wait!
The last few times the service is horrible I waited at the register to pick up a online order and the girl says give me a quick minute that turned out to be like 10 minutes just to say I’m here for my online order then another 10 minutes to get it.very frustrating

Came earlier around 10pm drive thru and bacanator meat and bacon was real cold n obviously chilli meat tasted like it’s definitely been out for an hour or more for sure even maybe took it out chilli pan meat! and the fry’s spit out mad cold and salty had to throw away all the food hopefully I can get a replacement or sum!! Can I get a replacement ??? Wendy’s commercial be lying
My boyfriend and I come here often to eat, the night shift is awesome, but day shift never seems to have their stuff together literally every time we go when the sun is out.
