The line is either wrapped around the building & moving slow or its like a ghost town. Some employees are courteous & upbeat while others couldn't be bothered to do their jobs. The food is ok (ish). Nuggets & chicken is usually not fresh. Wendys in general to me is good & reasonably priced but I'd rather go out of my way to a different location than to go to this one!
Has not been one visit to the place where they have not gotten our order wrong. Last time we went they had no baked potatoes...how does a wendys run out of baked potatoes...smh...this time when we went we were trying to get that new SpongeBob burger for my son and they shorted us 2 large fries and a chocolate frostie...and the fries were ice cold...I hate myself for even going back to this place.
I went to Wendy's this morning and got sausage bisqu it and senior coffee, was good and good deal. Would go more often but they do not have public WiFi.
Food is usually good but this location needs to put up a sign about Drive thru Only.
I went to Wendy’s like 10 minutes ago got home was supposed to have only cheese and ketchup on them but it had everything then my bon was hard hard

I’ve had countless issues with this store but I’ll only focus on 2/25/24. I had a mobile order around 9 am, nobody was in the store or parking lot. The girl at the window would not speak to me. I waited almost 20 minutes and somehow the food was still old?! She didn’t acknowledge the fact that I just sat here for that long and tossed my food at me and closed the window. I just feel like if you hate people that much maybe you should be making the food and not interacting with customers
This place was filthy. Some kind of liquid all over the straws(on the condiment area), so I just drank from my cup. The entire condiment area was filthy. The floors were nasty and sticky all over as well as the tables. The drink machine was also nasty. There was not one person out there trying to get it cleaned. I had the new Cobb salad and a baked potato. This morning I started burping up the salad. I’ve got diarrhea and I’m throwing up. I’m willing to bet it’s some food poisoning. I’m calling DHEC first thing in the morning and corporate. I had plans for the holiday, but now I’m sick in bed. I’ll never go back to this place. It’s the one in Laurens, SC.
