This undoubtedly was the dirtiest Wendy's restaurant I have ever seen. Very uncharacteristic of Wendy's locations I have visted over the years. The counters, behind counter, kitchen area, dining room were filthy. The dining room ceiling has visible mold from roof leaking over 40% of dining area, wow. The Coca Cola machine did not work, turned off. Unfortunately we paid for meals, then second guessed our purchase decision, throwing meals in garbage and departing going next door for a sit down dinner.
I never go to Wendy's but had a taste for a frosty. Menu board says 3.29 for a medium. Worker says 4.14, please drive up. Farmville has insane tax but I was like No way. I questioned price and she said it's ringing up 3.69. I said that's for a large right? I got medium. She said no medium and tried to show me her computer which I couldn't see at all. When I explained the menu board said 3.29, all that was offered was she would tell her manager. I shouldve left it there because it wasn't worth it! This is the kind of stuff that turns me into a shitty person!
My fries were not hot, a little warm at most. The door was locked,so the use of the restroom was out of question. This a few minutes to 9 PM. Also,they were sold out of wraps.
Wendy's employees got a real attitude. They advertised nuggets tossed in sauce but when I got my order they handed me the the sauce on the side and when I asked about it they threw a container at me so I could do their job. Then they were going to keep half of my order! When I asked about it there was no apology or anything. She rolled her eyes at me, like it was my fault she had to move, set her drink down, then went to get the rest of my order. Disgusting behavior from lazy employees! I'll go to appomattox next time I want Wendy's.
This Wendy's has gone downhill fast. The food is terrible the employees always look like you are bothering them when you come in.
Went in for the SpongeBob Meal for me and my wife and I got a bad attitude a cold dry burger cold fries and the drink machine didn't work. Oh and they didn't have change for a twenty dollar bill.
Farmville Wendy's should just close and get it over with.
I was told they didn't have any chocolate frosty, so I asked for a refund, and I was told no because I paid with a card. I told them I didn't want vanilla, so I wanted a refund. Then, the employee got a real attitude and started talking like he was about to start a fight with me. I told him I just wanted a refund, but he kept going on with an attitude. I have no idea why it was such a big deal. Management and the owner should watch the security camera since it was all right there in front of a camera.
Bad service and employees with attitude s but second time we went ok service. Food wasn't great either visit we got the Krabby pattie meal and single combo
I'm pretty sure a drive through worker tried skimming or took a picture of my bank card because about an hour after I left I got a notification for fraudulent activity, the transactions were for a - META*JacksonBob. This is the only place I used my card on this particular day and the transaction attempts were for the same day as the Wendy's purchase.
Update*** after locking the card for 3 days and unlocking it, the bank had 6 attempts at taking money. METAPAY*Tom Sawyer ????
