Every time I go, the doors are locked. It's 9 am on a Tuesday. Doors locked. 2 cars in the parking lot. How do they stay in business? My work truck will not fit in the take out.
In the last year, I have visited this location a handful of times and have yet to have a positive experience. This is my first time posting about it. Shame on me for going back each time, believing the time before each time was just a fluke. This last time, i was the only customer inside the restaurant, and I stood at the counter for a few minutes, with multiple employees having seen me, made eye contact, but yet none said anything to me or bothered to come to the counter to take my order. I left without having spoken a single word with any of the employees and obviously without being able to place an order.
On Saturday morning went to the drive thru and no service , waited 15 mins and nothing .. So I decided to drive up the window , waited to see if there’s anyone there and nobody acknowledge . I decided to leave and went to McDonalds instead .. Today ( Sunday ) same thing happen , waited for 10 mins on the drive thru , went to the window and I do see employees and again nobody acknowledged .. this is the worst service just to get a coffee I ever experienced .. You need to increase the salary for your employees or this will continue to happen .. Might as well change your hours from afternoon to night …
Food was Very Good.
Had Doublecheese FF and LG Drink.
Restaurant has Modern Decor.
It was clean and well maintained.
Off the main rd, a little harder to find Entrance.
4 people in front of me to place order inside restaurant.
It took along time.
Looks like they had problems with previous orders on the POS register.
Once I placed the order it quickly came out.
Great seating and lounge area.
Cool ceilings.
Staff was friendly.
TRASH. My nuggets were old and hard. I ordered a 10 piece but only got 7 no bbq sauce either. The employees seemed annoyed to have business. Wont be returning to this one that's for sure. I'll take the drive to the bethlehem Wendy's.
The good was fresh but they did forget to put my cookie in my bag. I didn't realize until I got home.
By far the worst service ever. Went to order a kids' meal, and the associate answered the drive-thru only after I said hello 5 times. After answering me, I asked for a kids' nugget meal, and he replied, "A what?!". I repeated myself, and he just sat and ignored me, never answering the mic again. I decided to pull off since I was being ignored and noticed the associate in the drive-thru window laughing. Never again.
Really not it the workers there with attitude giving the wrong orders you guys have to do better when it come to working with customers instead of giving attitude and wrong orders
