Everytime we go there, they always tell us they are out of sauces, salt packs, napkins, cups, different sodas, etc. This last time we went, the cashier was on her phone the whole time. The customer behind me was also complaining about her not paying attention while taking orders. We had ordered a large frosty and she gave us a small. We reminded her we ordered a large and she claimed they were out of large cup sizes but wouldn't refund us the money for the size. We also ordered a kids meal and had items missing from it and there was no toy. We called management when we got home and the manager was unbelievably rude and incompetent. I told the manager about her employees being on the phone and she asked "what we want her to do about it"... I moved on from that topic and told her about the small frosty and missing items in the kids meal. Again, her response was "so what? What do you want me to do about it?" I've worked fast food and have lots of patience and understanding for the workers in the industry. But this was outrageous.
Went through the drive through and they forgot half my meal. So after going inside to receive my meal I stood there for over 20min waiting on a sandwich that the front counter had asked for 5 times (and it came out pink). THE SANDWICH I WAITED 20 min for was wrong too. It was made bun, patty, patty, bun nothing else, and What I thought was a correct sandwich was completely not what I ordered AND the rest of my meal was cold upon returning home. I will not be returning to this store.
My sandwiches were wrong and they also had two top buns on one and two bottom buns on another. Lmao. The mistake was corrected though, so I was happy.
P.S. Don't get high at work, y'all.
Spent $40.91 for 3 people to eat dinner. When I arrived home(2 minutes) from restaurant I open the baked potato that staff had just cut open and served to me and it looked as if it had been sitting in the holding drawer the entire day. When speaking with the manager he stated maybe it got burnt in the oven. No remorse whatsoever that an employee thought it was perfectly fine to serve something that appeared like that to a paying customer. Baked potatoes are opened when ordered so clearly at some point eyes were on it and seen or smelled that it should not have been served!
Wendy's being one of my favorite restaurants, I get somewhat biased at their food. I think freshness at Wendy's is second to none. South Madison Wendy's is remodeled and has a nice atmosphere and comfortable seating. The staff here are courteous and friendly and my food was very quick and hot. Everything you would expect from a fast food restaurant, with the feeling of a little more than just a fast food restaurant. Great place to come with friends and family as well. Also I love the come machines that give you so many options and flavors! I would definitely recommend this Wendy's highly.
Cold coffee, cold food, no outlets to charge, and manager are polite but awkward. Bacon is not crispy soggy and cold. Sad, but It did taste OK . ????
Seemed very unorganized.
Could not get drink in lobby and was not ask what I wanted for them to get it. Ask for ketchup - they did not know where it was.
The guy at the register was nice - just seemed like he needed more guidance - we've all been there at some point. The breakfast sand. Was good.
Just what should of been an easy order and delivery was longer than normal. But, I saw this really cool sign on the wall about adoption - thought that was awesome!
resteraunt a little dirty. i visited during lunch hour which was busy. but we had to go back up to register twice. one time for a missing item.a second time cause the food was not as ordered.
