This was a quick stop for a "to-go" meal during the lunch rush. Our order was taken quickly, and accurately, with a friendly smile. Our food was prepared quickly as well and we were on our way in a short time. Incidentally, the French fries in our order were about the best French fries I've ever had at a fast-good restaurant (and that is a difficult list to top!). I was specifically impressed with the professionalism of all the associates that I saw at this restaurant. Great job!

Waited at the cash register for 20 minutes to place an order. Watched very slow employees get take care of doordash and drive through orders for those 20 minutes without acknowledging me or the 3 people in line behind me. Walked out without placing the order and ate elsewhere.
Excellent place and perfect example if "fast food". Food is always served fresh, hot, very quickly, and not to mention delicious, when ordering at Wendy's in Shamokin Dam, PA. Recommended to anyone, for any meal, at anytime of the day!!!
Stopped by on my 1 dr home after visiting movie theater and ordered over $60 on food for my large family. Half of my order was missing and because I had placed it online my bag was sealed closed so we didnt notice til we got home 1hr away! We asked if the entire two orders were in the 3 bags they gave me and were told yes but 3 large chili, 1 soft drink and one biggie bacon cheeseburger were missing! Called the store for over an hour to just get a busy signal! I am furious! I want my money back!
Wendy’s offers decent food, but it can be hit or miss. The burgers are usually good, but the fries can sometimes be soggy. Service is average, though wait times can be long during busy hours. Overall, it's fine for a quick meal, but nothing too special.
Total chaos. Employees yelling at each other. One girl throwing things. Food was not up to Wendy's normal standards. The dining area was filthy. We like Wendy's but it will be a long time until we return to this one. It's been going downhill for a while.
Disgusting!!! Forgot our fries, the tea tastes like it’s been sitting since last week. How hard is it to make sure everything is fresh and in the bag at 11:30pm? Clearly you’re not busy….food is TRASH!!
