Everything was going well. I put in a complicated order with no cars behind me in the drive through. The service was quick and they gave me the mixed drink I ordered (sprite with lemonade). But then they forgot the cheese fries I ordered on the app discount! So I figure they owe me $1.... I am giving them the benefit of the doubt that they would have got it right if I didn't order the extra tomato, a late junior frosty, and the mixed drink .... But they will get 3 or 4 star review if they miss an entire order item next time....
Very bad Experience. Used to drive-through and ordered 2 combo meal and a Coca-Cola. The person taking my order completely messed up the whole order. Wrong Drink, wrong meal combo. I asked for no dressing and got double dressing. The order was incorrect.
This place is gross. I have never been in a Wendy's this filthy. Had to tie the bathroom stall shut with a plastic bag. No working paper towel dispenser. They messed our order up. Even after we had them correct it, it came back wrong. They weren't even that busy so I can't even give them credit for that. Next time I will stop in Filmore or Cedar City. Not to mention the cat on the table.
Honestly, their salads are delicious. They are a great to have when on a road trip and you are looking for vegetables! I didn't like the fact that you HAD to order from a screen - it took way longer. But...my salad was delicious.
I'm glad to see things going so well consistently. The managers are amazing here, amazing really, and the employees always do well with the food and service, always.
The only problems are at higher levels. Prices are off the rails with corprate, supply seems delayed or slow, kiosk software problems, card reader errors and old equipment and things alike.
Employees here are 10/10.
I really like to eat at Wendy's, and so does everyone else. It was quite busy during a lunch-time visit around 1:00 PM on a Thursday afternoon. Despite the rush, we made it through the line quickly, they got the order right to us, and the food was great. Always a good experience here.
Got the biggie bag the only hot thing was the sandwich I'm surprised the drink was not hot... It was soda. The person taking the order was pretty nice but did know the basic menu items, place was pretty trashy out side, homeless hang out, worker out back smoking, California type workers here, day time visit, weekday between lunch and supper. Better off at Denny's or eating truck stop food....at least it's hot at etable
We went through the drive through. Food was fast and warm except the fries were not hot. Seemed a little old. The Frosty’s were good. Need garbage can for the outdoor area.
