Walked in to grab a burger and chili. The server had a nice smile and looked happy to be there, 5 stars. The inside looked very clean but there was a funky smell near the cash register.
The food took about 15 min to hit my hand, slow as there was only one order ahead of me.
The food quality...well it's fast food so I'm rating it in a fast food category, 3.5.
Overall 3 stars (they got an extra 1/2 star for the smile) and yes I'll be back again
Not sure how you can mess up a burger order but here we are. Food was look warm at best. The woman working the drive thru window was very nice so they get an extra star for that. Lots of weirdos at night wandering around the restaurant and people camping in their vehicles in the parking lot. Shady, No bueno
Visited about 3pm. This location was pretty dirty (food & garbage on tables & floor). Condiment station wasn't stocked (napkins, utensils, ketchup, etc.). Staff mostly socialized amongst themselves instead of prepping orders to the point that I waited more than 30mins for 4 items (3 small frostys & 1 chive potato). They served other customers that ordered after me. The frosty consistency was as if it were melted then refrozen.
I paid for extra cheese and got raw cheese….. is this joke !!! Plus workers were laughing when i was paying for my order like they knew what they did !, i noticed once i got home!

Where do I start. How about walking through door, your greeted with a very strange smell. I'm with my dad and he says "can you smell that?". It was such an odd smell, I couldn't pin it down. We ordered, staff are disengaged, don't care and really appear to be physically there spending their time to collect. paycheck. We ordered, process was straightforward. As we were waiting we asked for cups for water, 2 different staff members didn't understand, the 3rd finally offered us water cups. Received our food, sat down, realized I didn't want to touch my food without washing my hands and WOW, Yikes. As I get closer to the bathroom I smell the sewer that my dad is referring to. I get into the bathroom, it's dark, foreboding, dirty, moldy and stinks something fierce. The bathroom had a warm, humid, bizarre sewer smell, it was bad bad bad. Checkthe pictures I've attached, it's seriously disgustingly unhealthy and it's spilling over into the kitchen and dining area. The food was OK, but the owners clearly don't care about the customer experience, the place is dirty. My dad pointed out the paper towl holder behind the cashier was holding on by one nail and tilted and a bizarre angle ready to fall off. If there were ever a case of restaurant slumlord, this would be the posterchild. AGain the food was OK, but there was just a bad bad vibe here. Will never go back. On a side note, went to the Wendee's in San Leandro recently and that store was immaculate, great service, food was better, just an overall pleasant experience. #Wendy's #Wendys. Please Wendy's, fix this store for your own benefit, it's horrible. #Wendys
Horrible service.i waited for 24 minutes for my food wen I ordered it on line. No where to park in drive thru.i will no longer go to this Wendy's.
Said on the app they open at 9am for pick up so I ordered pickup. When I get there at 9:30 the door is still locked and there are just 4 employees standing around doing nothing. They pointing at the drive through but I ordered pickup and I walked to the Wendy’s so I can just walk through all the cars. Now I am out $10 and with no food.
Good Wendy's with a reliable and trustworthy drive through window. Been a few times, nothing missing from the bag once I drove away. Don't trust this sign that makes it look like the Wendy's is gone. It's there.
