Watched the lady blow her nose, then wipe it and immediately started touching the food NOT IN A WRAPPER. Let the lady know and the drive through what I just watched and that I no longer wanted the food I just ordered. She nor anyone else were wearing gloves and just touching everyone’s food. Yuck yuck yuck….

This establishment appears to be in an unacceptable state of disarray and disrepair. I would not recommend this store to anyone. The employees were observed handling food without gloves, and mops and buckets were left out in the open. The bathroom was in an extremely unsanitary condition. I believe that the store would benefit from improved employee training and management oversight.
I was delivering food through DoorDash around 11pm on a Thursday night and had 2 small orders that i ended up waiting 40 minutes for before I just left… store had around 4 employees working at the time but only 1 middle aged man actually working from the looks of it lol
I’ve NEVER in my life wrote a bad review but 40 minutes to make 2 orders? There was probably 3/4 other cars in the 40 minute time period. I did end up picking up on order which was cold when I got it…
food and service was good. the floor was sticky where it was dry. puddles of water everywhere else. not mopped up. very odd. pop machine looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks

That runs the drive thru didn't acknowledge me when I pulled up to the speaker.I sat there for several minutes and then when I said hello then she appeared. Takes my order while talking on the telephone at the window And asks me to go park and wait for my food. 10 minutes go by I go inside total confusion. Finally got my food. Burger cold. Hopefully improvements can be made.
You have got to get your Wendy's under control!! Went for food and. The cashier at the front desk who was extremely busy was very kind. However while she was trying to get orders from the front (and mind you she couldn't have been older than a teenager). A grown man walked up and started screaming at her to stop taking orders that she was making everybody angry and almost made her cry. I'm telling you right now if that was my child I would have your business!!! And it's apparent by all of the negative reviews you are getting that you are just ignoring stuff. But if my child was in a work environment like that, this would not be the only thing I left as a review!! That man should be ashamed of himself
I got my food pretty quick. I also asked the cashier if she could bring my food to me since I was holding my daughter and also had the diaper bag. She was happy to bring me my food. They have strawberry lemonade it was delicious. I also got the double cheeseburger that was delicious also. They have 99 cent cookies.
