This Wendy's is conveniently located along the Howell Mill shopping complex. I come here often to get their app offers. Helps me save a lot on my food.
The place has lots of seating and has quick service. I just have one minor complaint about an old African American lady (I assume she is a manager here). She doesn't know how customer service works and gives off rude vibes. Often other employees take over and ensure things run smoothly which is nice.
The place has plenty of parking, and is hygienic too. They have free wifi too. Solid 4/5
Must try the new Southwest Salad it comes with Grilled Chicken ,Romaine Lettuce ,Guacamole,tomatoes, bacon bits and shredded pepper Jack cheese. The salad dressing is so good . I went through the drive through service was fast and friendly. I also ordered a extra grilled chicken breast. So worth it.
I ordered the spicy buffalo salad. And it was delicious. Everything i asked for i received with no attitude or wait!! I pulled up about 9:30 pm. So shots out to the evening crew.
I think this store needs new management. Keeping the doors closed all day because you don't want to clean the front of house when fully staffed and when posted dining room time says 9am-10pm with no further explanation; including the fact they are struggling to get orders correct in a 5 car long line at the drive through. Not to mention them talking rudely about customers and forgetting to turn the mic off to the point where a guy is coming in trying to fight the kitchen workers over words said. Come on people I have a job just like you do, let's at least get the bare minimum right for what that job requires.
Ordered S’awesome Chicken sandwich meal and what they gave was unacceptable. Blame me as a customer for not checking my bag before I left the 25 min wait it took to get the cold food in the first place . I just would like Wendy’s to do better , it is a big inconvenience to order a meal , pay money and not get what you ordered. Happens all the time but when does it stop? Will be reaching out to the regional manager who is a good friend but things need to change to get the BASIC service you are expected to receive in a drive through service , (your proper order)
Fast service but good lord can you please get someone to look at your Coke machine? For years the soda in the restaurant has tasted like pure Alka-Seltzer.
Fruit flies in the Dave's lemonade. Loud sassy manager talked disparaging about a homeless man when somebody bought food for him. It's just always negative energy here for no reason
I just didn't like the burger. A bit smelly (thick beef smell), but overall it was a nice restaurant and has polite employees.
