This visit reaffirmed why I haven't been to Wendy's in 10 years. The pretty photos of food is never the same as what you get. Not expecting much service wise, but greeting and may be a little quicker would've been nice. Was raining out and restaurant leaking water from ceiling. AC not working well, super humid wish caused condensation/slippery floor. One employee working register and bagging food. Ordered the fish sandwich. Looked amazing on the photo but what I received was an imposter. Maybe I shouldn't expect much? Be back in 10 years to try again. Two photos. One of what you think you're getting and the other of the actual product. I think they need to change the fry oil. ????????????
I had to witness a trashy women standing at the drive-thru while I'm trying to get my frosties and the staff there handled her really well even though I was holding my horn and reminding her that it was a drive-thru not a walk-through. The employees that were very polite and apologized on her behalf, I wish these employees were paid more. You don't know what they have to go through on a day-to-day basis and that's why they're fed up with serving us.
This was the most greasy unflavored hamburger I've ever had. The milk shake was good. The staff were fun. Sadly there are better places in the area to eat
Terrible service, I ordered thru the app, first time, had some questions before placing the pick up order, c cashier had no clue about anything in or outside app, I ordered the special "buy 1 4 pc nugget, get 1 free", when I check, of course, only one order inside... I tried to call, no answer, but couldn't leave any voicemail. And I am not driving back since I have just passed by omw to Davie. Just another example of me not checking my order right then and there.... No one's fault but mine. Still, I won't go back to that location, The staff is not interested in helping customers but more so talking to each other in creo (I can't stand when staff speaks in their native language right in front of u when preparing your order, cause I always feel / think that they talk about me, it's just rude and respectless speaking another language in front of customers, what else would we think other than them talking about us customers !?)
The lady who took our order was extremely rude. I tried to give her grace because I knew everyone had bad days. I answered with "Yes,ma'am" and "No,ma'am," said please and thank you, and she continued to be standoffish. I had to repeat my whole order like 3 times, and they still managed to get it wrong. I said, "Excuse me, but I asked for a frosty, to which she sucked her teeth and said "No you didn't. " Even though I know I did because my son asked for it like 3 times in the drive thru, I apologize and said, "May I order one? She sucked her teeth again, closed the window, and came back with a frosty. I handed her the money, and she walked off. Never came back to give me my change or anything.. gave my fiance the wrong kind of saucy nuggets, and to top it ALL off the nuggets and fries were burnt. If could give 0 stars I would
we sat here behind another vehicle at the window for over 10 min just to get to the window to be given hard as rock, completely burnt fries, not once but twice. the second set of fries were even more burnt. 3rd tome aroundz a disgruntled employee came out to delivery me more burnt fries. horrible experience. THEY DIDN'T EVEN GIVE ME MY SPRITE. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN.
People are always rude. I've been coming here for months because i work across the street. Even if you come there with a nice attitude they're just always rude nasty and ghetto for no reason honestly they hire anybody over here. Every month theres a new person working there. Worst place every. STOP HIRING Ratchets and anything that walks through the door
This place has no customer service whatsoever. They’re rude. They tell you to wait then they make the wrong order and when you call the phone to tell them that the order is wrong they let the phone ring out and they don’t answer you. You have to call multiple times and they still don’t answer.
