Value for money and plenty space to sit and eat comfortable.
This is a relatively new Wendy. The inside layout is pretty trendy with USB charging ports. Tables and chairs are new and modern looking. But the service crews are not very well trained. They rarely prepare orders right. The place is not kept clean even during slow time. I am not impressed.
I was hoping to get a quick bite to eat,it was not meant to be. This is by far the busiest Wendy's I have been to, the drive thru line wrapped around the building, including blocking parked cars in place. The customer service was ok, I understand as busy as they were they did their best to keep up with the sheer volume.I was there for approximately 30+ minutes. The food however was very very disappointing,my fries ???? were under cooked, luke warm and I started eating them like many of us,as I drove away, later that evening my stomach started to rumble.... I will spare you the details...
Honestly the service here is not that good and kinda rude too, but it’s better than the Taco Bell down the road. I just came here to hate on that Taco Bell because it sucks.
Late night baconators were coasters. Definitely not cooked to order but it was a buy one get one deal and I suppose I got what I paid for.
Chili was good.
Wendy's Norwood is one of the best Wendy's branches. Nice staff and friendly ????
Best fast food in the area.
Ordered three biggie bags but handed the wrong drinks. My 12 year old son brought the two wrong ones in to be fixed as diet coke isnt for us. The staff proceeded to mock my child and then laugh at him. He came out very upset and you could see his feelings were hurt. My son suffers from depression. I think it’s absolutely disgusting for grown people to be bullying a child. Bullying is the leading cause of suicide. And type of thing should not be tolerated. They do not belong working with the general public
The food taste great but would be nice if I got my whole order Everytime I go it's missing 1-3 items this time it was 2 and I paid for them as well they didn't jus forget to put in the order
