Best WLM Reviews
Even with the wait, I'd come here in a second. The food is always Hot & Fresh! The Chicken Sandwiches have the biggest and juiciest breast meat, done to perfection. The Associates are pleasant, polite and plain ol nice. I've only gone through the drive-thru, but I'm sure it's just as nice inside..
I visited this location on October 30, 2024 at about 4:45pm. I went to the drive thru. It’s now 5:15pm and I’m still waiting to place my order in the drive thru.
When I finally made it to the speaker to place my order. I was told “We are in the middle of a shift change. You may come inside to place an order or continue waiting.”
At this point I’ve waited long enough. I didn’t place an order. I left the drive thru and went somewhere else.
Unfortunately, this establishment is not well staffed.
Wanted a change of pace from the other quick breakfast solutions and wash pleasantly surprised by the different options. The breakfast hours are weird. It seems like they don't start until 9. To me breakfast starts about 5:30 or 6 lol. Consistent quality and decent customer service.
Hit this Wendy's while traveling for a little lunch dashboard dining, ordered on the app before pulling up to drive thru. Fries were hot and fresh, JBC w onion was tasty and chicken wrap was good.
Excellent service, great food, clean place - need I say more? The young man who waited on me, Charles, was polite and efficient - just what you want from "fast" food!
The girl waited on us very fast, and was friendly. Food was ready quick. And the baconaters and the baconaters fries were delicious!
Ridiculously long wait in drive through. No one came to the window to explain what was taking so long either. And they didn’t even get the order right. Wanted a grilled chicken; got a fried spicy chicken. Sandwich was sloppily put together too. ???? The only thing they did get right was the chili, but they gave me a fork for that instead of a spoon. ????
The food here is nothing compared to the one in Durham. They use a different kind of chicken patty that tastes very processed and not very crispy.
So whatever you do don't get the chicken sandwich here. The place seems cleaner than the one in Durham and the staff are definitely friendlier. But I go to this place for food and the food just isn't the same.
