We were at the hospital in Parker during the entire snow storm with my mom who had to have two surgeries back back. These guys were not only open during the entire storm when many others were not, or were closing early, but they were never once rude, never rushed us, were punctual on the service, accurate, very good at up selling and just all around good people. We were there more times then then one should be lol but no matter what time of day it was the service never failed.
Just wanted say that the drive through service I just had today (7/17/24 7pm) was great! easy going guy at drive through window, fast service, food was hot, food was organized in the bags BY ORDER. Bravo. That was easily the best customer service I have had while living in Parker for over a year.
They don't open at 6am. That's absolutely not true. Last 3 times I have been to this Wendy's at Parker Hospital the doors are locked and no one answers when you are at the drive through. Maybe Wendy's should hire people that can tell time!
If i could give it a zero star i would. No one wearing gloves or hair nets. Food cold. Service bad. Young kids in there no training and seems management does not care. Won't return and will report to health board.
I come to this Wendy's over the one closer to me because their service has always been great and I never had an issue. However, tonight was different. All of the food was cold, the cheese wasn't melted at all in the chicken sandwich or the hamburgers. It was clear the fries had been sitting for a while. The drinks weren't even full. That's disappointing since there's an upcharge for the lemonade.
I'm not sure what's happening, but I'm leaving this review in hopes that the management will figure out what's happening and fix it.
Good food and very clean store. Service was average. Forgot the napkins and gave me a knife and a spoon when i asked for napkins and two spoons. Slow service due to understaffed team. All were very busy. Just needed more people.
Walked in with no one in the dining room. Kiosks say to order at counter. Stand there for 5 minutes while the drive up employee is hanging out the drive through window and the other employee looks at me and then proceeds to take a call on her phone. She then texts back and forth. No one ever acknowledged me or came to take my order. This place is terrible, I would never recommend.
Worst Wendy’s in the country maybe, the people that work here can’t even do their jobs. Do not recommend either location in Parker tbh, they are prob owned and run the same. This location also loves to open late and close early.
