Literally every single time I order from there who ever makes the burgers needs to be demoted it’s ridiculous! The burgers come absolutely smashed EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I mean how many times can you make a sand which and body slam it before you put it in the bag
This morning, I ordered the breakfast burrito combo with a side of ranch. Since they are notorious for not putting ranch in the bag, I checked while I was waiting on my card. No ranch. She hands me my card and I ask again for a side of ranch. She says we don't, have any, I said yes you do. (I totally would have taken salad ranch if necessary ) To which she picks the box of condiments up and shakes it at me and says no we don't. We didn't get any on the truck. Then says sorry about that, as an after thought as I'm driving away. However, the food was good this morning despite no ranch for the tater wedges. I just feel bad for the people who want chicken nuggets or salad with ranch later. Idk where the breakdown is at this restaurant, they may be really nice people who are just over worked and understaffed and obviously under supplied, to which corporate should be making every effort to help this store get the supplies they need and maybe offer some employee incentives for those who are working tirelessly just to keep the store open. Regardless of corporate failing, from my experience this morning, to the number of other reviews I've read, the people at the store are responsible for how they react and interact with the customer and that aspect needs some work at this store.
Sadly on my last visit the fries were slightly slightly warm borderline cool and they did not taste at all like they used to hopefully it was a one-time situation. I prefer their fries over anyone else's because you can actually reheat them and they taste great so I drive 10 miles out of the way to go to Wendy's for their fries.
Started off with wet floor in the entrance vestibule die to spill. Get a map. If you have time to put out a sign and to stand around talking you have time to mop. Food was ok but it took too long. They weren't busy. Staff seemed confused, poorly trained and led.
Overall it was good but we had to get burgers recooked due to being undercooked. After they were replaced we have no complaints.
They have now hiring signs on the drive thru window begging for help but the store manager is a smart a$$. She asked me if I was just looking to make one paycheck and then quit. She said she didn’t want to deal with doing all that paperwork for no reason. After that I told her thanks but no thanks. I’m not sure who she thinks she is but it’s a fast food restaurant, it’s not some prestigious career opportunity.
I was served a raw hamburger, did not take but two bites to realize it was NOT cooked all the way. Oddly enough, I heard them talking about the machine not cooking the food properly. When I returned my hamburger they stated to me the machine is not cooking hamburgers properly... so why, serve ANY food that has to be cooked. They did replace my burger with a chicken wrap.... however, I decided not to chance it and throw it out. The staff was very polite and restaurant was clean.

Service was decent but they threw the food in the bag all over the place.. it didn't taste very fresh or hot
