GOT OVER CHARGED FOR 2 ITEMS ON TOP OF IT. So I decided to go to this Wendy's and it took me over 45 mins total. To get checked out and also waited on I spent over $55 on my entire order for my family and I. Restaurant was completely disgusting with no clean tables. The soda and condiment stand was completely empty of small lids and no forks there was barely any napkins. Worst of all they screwed up my daughters order which I paid for. Then on top of that I waited for bags to take my food home. Never got them. Then I wanted to speak to the manager and all I got was, "what do you want me to do about it." And sorry. I thought was absolutely pathetic. So here are some of my items I order just got home and opened my food to this. That was supposed to be my baked potatoe with cheese and bacon asked for chives and sour cream and butter and never got it . Second picture jr bacon cheeseburger. Fries were supposed to be a medium and this is what I got. Next also asked for sweet and sour sauce and got ranch which I never wanted. 4 piece nugget I got 3 Pieces. Welcome to my dinner and I promise you this. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. DONT GO THERE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY. BY THE WAY HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. CALLING CORPORATE TOMORROW.
I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese on an English muffin and this is what I got. At least the potatoes were correct.
I was hungry after my son’s football game so I decided to go to Wendy’s and get some food, but that was honestly one of the biggest mistakes I’ve made recently my food was cold. The staff was very rude and most of them were too busy talking to each other to worry about me. everything was thrown together and my order was actually incorrect when I tried to talk to the manager. She was extremely rude and wasn’t helpful at all!!! not to mention why they were taking my order I saw a roach looking bug on the chili lids and from the looks of the back from behind the counter, it looks disgusting and unhygienic honestly, the best thing to order from here is a cup and maybe a cookie
Trash ass attitude, talked shit about my girlfriend’s order because she’s gluten free. Took a half hour for 2 meals. Tragic the dude with the golden locks could have helped him count considering he was bitching about 1’s too
Tonight i placed an order on the website for 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and a junior bacon cheeseburger. I placed the order at 6:07 PM. I live about a mile or so. I select drive thru as the pickup
I get to the drive thru and tell them i have a mobile order for James. The guy tells me i have to go inside for mobile orders which i find odd since i selected Drive Thru as the pick up. I go inside and now i have to wait in the back of the line again. I wait another 15 or 20 minutes just to tell them I have a mobile order. I mention it to the cashier about what happened and he doesn't know why i was told to come inside. I ask to speak to the manager. He said, the drive thru guy is new. He didn't know. I told the manager guy that I had to get back in line and people already got their food ahead of me.
I stand there for another 10 or 15 min waiting for my food. The one girl had to remake my burger because she messed it up. They put one of the chicken sandwiches in my bag already. The only good thing the manager did right was tell her to give me 2 fresh ones because the one in the bag was sitting there for 10 minutes. That's the only thing the manager did right. When i complained about the wait. He said that i would have had to wait that long anyway. Is he trying to tell me that even if i didn't come into the restaurant. I would have to wait 30 minutes for 2 chicken sandwiches and a junior bacon cheeseburger. That's pathetic.
Just for context. In the 30 minutes i waited for 3 items . 2 door dashers already came in and got their food. The customer in front of me in line when i had to go in the place got their food, and the person ahead of me and the people behind me in the drive thru all got their food well before me.
The only reason why i go to Wendy's is for the chicken sandwiches. I have been going to that location for 40 years. I will never go to that one again.
me and my boyfriend ordered from here on grubhub and were so disappointed. we stopped ordering from here months ago since every time we did they forgot the sauces, we ordered today and i got no sauces again, my boyfriend did not get his drink, and they gave me the wrong drink, i asked for no onions on my burger and got onions, honestly was not a big deal since i could just take them off, but then we opened my boyfriends sandwich, he has a tomato allergy and he cannot have mayo, we specifically requested a plain sandwich and put in the notes that he has an allergy and they still put everything on the sandwich! we called the store to make a complaint and every person we spoke to was very ignorant, we’ll never be ordering here again.
I had my 2 kids with me .. Plus my Wife's little brother and his friends. We did 2 separate orders. So I had to repeat everything everyone wanted. . ( AFTER , they looked at the screen an picked what they wanted. ) Well the lady behind the headset ( Who turned out to be the manager ) Was utterly Disrespectful!! Had absolutely ZERO patience & was annoyed at the fact that it took a couple minutes for us to order. Ontop of it, The food was mediocre.. An half thrown together. Will NOT be attending this Wendy's again .. An they sure won't be getting another dollar out of my family & I. If you don't like your Job .. FIND A NEW ONE!?
Love the healthy options like chili, salads and potatoes. The kids meals are also good. The burgers are fresh and big cups of apples.
