The young lady taking my order was incredibly rude. Then rude again when I got to the window. I checked my bag because I knew she wasn't listening, sure enough missing food and salad dressing. When I said I needed more nuggets she said I only rang you for one - I said I see that, I asked for four. She didn't want to ring me up for more let alone get them. The other girl that handed me the food was sweet and courteous. Hire more people like her to involved with the public
Walked in this location, saw how dirty it was, and walked right back out to drive to the other Wendy's across town. Fast food or not, hold your employees to a higher standard of cleanliness because nobody wants to eat in a dining room full of trash. Gross.
Ok so usually go for breakfast , the food is usually good but the customer service is seriously lacking. I've stood there while the people working back there are looking right at me but ignore me. 15/20 mins just acting like I'm not there. Then there's one dude that will have a whole attitude when he finally does stop ignoring you and take your order. Especially if you go there close to breakfast being over. But I get there and after being ignored breakfast is almost over when he finally ask me what I wanted. There's one woman who works there in the morning that's is great tho, I really wish I got her name. She's corrected the dude before when he was trying to give me regular fries in place of my breakfast potatoes becuase he didn't wanna cook anymore and it was still breakfast time technically. She deff has a management vibe so might be the boss. The final straw for me was it's about to be December and it's currently 30 degrees outside, go to wendys fir some chili cause that sounds great....NO CHILI! how does wendys not have chili ! That's the whole reason we went there. I'm just saying it's winter and Wendys Chili is a go to when you can actually get. So basically the wait time and being ignored, the crazy attitude from employees in the morning and the lack of products like chili sucks.
It was just an ok visit at this location. I thought that I had ordered a PUB BURGER ???? to take away. But, I received 1 order of fries with cheese and bacon and an order of a small fries ???? without salt. Needless to say, I was very disappointed when I reached my destination. The ???? mask situation seems to have completely compound the communications between myself and the cashier! Bottom line, be sure to check your order before you leave the premises! ✋ ????♂️
I got a bowl with chicken. The portions were so small that for what I paid. I felt like I got a child’s meal and paid for an adult’s. Take it from me if you want Chipotle go to the store at north. At least you will get your moneys worth.
Around 845 am I walked into Wendy’s at this location and slipped and fell as soon as I walked in. No wet floor signs. I spoke with the manager Kiaonna I asked her for an I incident report. I was told I had to wait until Tuesday. Of the following week, for the general manager to come in to file one! I told them about the water near the door no one moved to mop it. They left the floor wet. I called HR they told me they would report the incident to a district manager. I have not heard anything yet. I had to go to the hospital to get my knee checked. Now I’m sitting there at home in pain.

This is one of the worst meals/experiences I've had in a long time. First, the staff is rude - they're basically like, "what do you want?" and on top of that, don't bother asking them any questions because they'll talk to you like you're stupid. I ordered my food and went to get a drink but almost every mainstream soda was out (see picture) - not that you would want a drink from this place anyway. The drink machine was also disgusting (again see picture). It splatted a black oily substance all over my hand. Fortunately, I was able to get ginger ale (although it had a red hue to it). Finally, the food was awful. I live literally 2 minutes away and the food was cold. Not even lukewarm, just flat-out cold. I mean, I'm kind of scared to eat this meal. I'll post again (if I survive). It's clearly evident that the employees (management included) DO NOT CARE.
Went thru drive. Thru very rushed I asked for a double pub burger and got the jalapeno one instead for one meal. The second meal I ordered a single pub burger small with a half sweet tea half natural lemonade. I got only tea when I looked at it. And said is there lemonade in here the girls said yes definitely. The fries were cold and hard no. Salt. And sandwich I got was burnt so bad I couldn't eat half of the bread. Only the girl who took. Payment had a mask on so very disappointed in this wendy's they just opened too which is just not acceptable to be doing such bad service already.
