Came in and ordered a single meal. Sandwich was cold so I returned it to the counter. They brought me out a second,still cold sandwich. The fries weren’t even edible. They need to teach the employees how to serve food that is at least warm. They weren’t even busy which may have been the problem. Disgusting.
These guys went above and beyond. I showed up near closing time with my dog, who wouldn't stop barking while they took my order - didn't even phase them. Not only did they give me fresh fries, but they brought out chicken nuggets for my dog. Food was good and ready quick!
$16 for cold food and didnt get my order right. It wasn't even busy to make things difficult they just are bad.
Second time I went there only to find it closed. They have 2 different hours of operation posted on building.
Never been to a Wendy's this messed up.
They need some help from Management.
Prompt service clean tables. Only problem was a couple pieces of lettuce was somehow on my baconator all and your ZERO sugar products were out which dramatically killed the drink menu.
Pros:
(1) Good fries
(2) Flavorful frosty
Cons:
(1) Hamburger was pink in the middle
Horrible experience waited almost an hour for my food never got my food got in an argument with a cook and the little girl behind the register I wanted my money back it's ridiculous to run a restaurant this way would not recommend this restaurant to anybody will never come back again first time that I've ever raised my voice at someone but it's ridiculous when no one can get their food and we waited almost an hour and still never got the food
Very clean place and very good food and service. Amazing wi fi . Thank you Wendy’s .
