This food is horrible ???? the staff is nice but the cooks need to go on. I'm hungry so I am eating this but it's horrible and I paid a lot of money for this. This location needs to be observed for food safety issues, ???? I am taking my chances because I'm starving
I don't know how hard it can really be working at a fast food restaurant. In all my travels, I normally don't have any issues, but this specific location is horrible. The food was cold, and smashed together, half filled drinks and missing items. No one wanted to be there, let alone help or correct my order. It was a dirty loby and bathroom.
THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! I visited the drive through on 12/9 @ 12:30. I had a coupon for a free kids meal that YOUR ORGANIZATION HANDED OUT and the lady at taking my order is extremely unpleasant sounding. Had a tone of being annoyed and rushing me constantly through the order. Once I got to the window she and another lady, who I assume was a team lead or something, were extremely rude about not taking the coupon that clearly stated this location was participating with the coupon until 12/31. They both refused to call their manager to verify and were getting loud and extremely rude. In that moment I decided I would rather drive 15 minutes further to spend my money at a location where the OWNER CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. It is apparent this location lacks leadership that prioritizes a pleasant experience for other humans. Disgusting display of values from the workers to the leadership.
3 times I went through to but one hamburger. Then 3 times they did not have change for a $5 bill and Want to keep my change. NOT HAPPENING! Know how many people you ripped off making money keeping their change!!

If I could give them a 0 star I would, I ordered my food fresh, And I was parked for my food to be fresh, and the food was not fresh at all my sandwich was with to much ketchup, the sandwich tasted liked it was old, I did not have the time, to go back for my food to be fresh, and I had ordered 3 meals, SMH, this had happened to me before a while back when I ordered breakfast, and being that it was not fresh I had stopped going for a while, but this is no more for me at Wendy’s. I work, and I pay for fresh food, and that is what a I want. I recommend not going their.

your order is not a priority unless you are drive thru or a friend of whoever.
food is typical Wendy's food, you know what you're getting, no surprises.
the freestyle machine was kinda working so that was okay.
bathroom was decent so relief is still working here, but
consumables in dining area not restocked sufficiently.
avoid unless desperate.
The Breakfast Egg & Cheese Biscuit is good, but next time I will add jelly or mayonnaise or something; maybe hot sauce for more flavor. The Seasoned Potatoes are excellent. I always add Chili Seasoning to them or to Fries.
