Today is the worst Dave's double burger ever I experienced in my life. Unable to even have one bite. They burned the meat or it was sitting in the table for weeks. Not going there anymore. Worst experience.
I work close by and regularly used to stop by for lunch. I advise you to head to another fast food restaurant as mistakenly mixing orders is a common occurrence. Expect rudeness and lack of service among the entire team!
The Staff is unprofessional, they have you driving back and fourth the drive thru line to reset the timer. The customer service in this location has been unacceptable and something needs to be done. This area is friendly and fast paced and has families that look to dine quickly, but instead we are waiting upwards of 15-20 minutes for food.
This is my first time here. I was hungry and wanted something quick and cheap. This shopping center has grew so much, I'm sure there were other options, but this was the easiest to find.
Although I have been to Wendy's many times in general, I had no idea what to order this visit. I made the mistake of going through the drive through and blurted out the first thing I saw, which was the 4 piece chicken nuggets kid's meal. As I was pulling up to the window, I saw the bottom corner of the menu with the value combo deals. I got to the window and asked if he can make it the $5 combo meal, which was basically a kids meal plus a burger. The employee at the window, simply said "of course!" and asked them to make the burger. Then the manager walked by and said, "don't worry! It should be out soon!" They were all so pleasant and friendly.
The food was typical Wendy's food quality, but it was freshly made.
Shouldn’t even give this place stars. Got lunch today for my husband and daughter and we were all sick afterwards.
The fries are good, I went there today for national fry day to get free fries. I also tryed their pomegranate blueberry lemonade which was awesome!! Its right across from Pet Supplies Plus.
I don’t often rate fast food places, but every time I’ve been at this location the food was been great! The staff is always friendly and there’s never a super long wait, at least when I’ve been there. The Dave’s Double is probably my go-to, though the Double Stack biggie bag is a great value, filling and delicious. If you need a quick bite, this is a top tier Wendy’s.
went here to try and get the limited edition creamsicle frosty. Unfortunately the dude behind the counter told me I had literally just missed it by a day. So I had the triple berry frosty instead. And it was pretty MID. my first time having a frosty, and it was kinda underwhelming. The drive thru was fast and the pull apart cinabon thingy was decent too.
