I feel like finding a good Wendy’s is harder than it use to be.
I have been to this location multiple times now. I am mostly pleased the food quality is consistently good, day or night. Every time the food is hot and fresh, the area inside and out is clean, and the staff is friendly.
We come here a lot,the food is great for the most part.But everytime I upgrade my order I still receive the small size just in a bigger container. ????????
I order 2 biggie bags and a small chili with extra crackers and hot sauce. The chili was missing, so I called Wendy's and told the manager about the missing items. The manager, TJ, or DJ said she could mail a coupon, or I could come up and get the chili. I decided to pick up the chili. I was met with a sarcastic white male with long blond hair who gave me the chili. This employee made me feel like me coming up to Wendy's for a chili was insane. I don't even trust that employee to eat the chili for fear of that employee doing something with the food. This was sad. All I wanted was to go home, feed my kids, and hurry back to the hospital to be with my wife. I will never again spend my money at Wendy's.
While we were out doing our shopping we decided to stop in to Wendy's to get a couple of chilies to take home for dinner to heat up later. There was a little bit of a line in the drive thru but it seemed to move pretty fast. The ordering was easy. The lady at the window was friendly and polite and we got our food in no time. We got plenty of crackers in the sack which was nice as we use quite a few. Also plenty of napkins and spicy hot sauce. Heated up the soup was fast and easy. Didn't try the spicy hot sauce this time. The soup was very good and thick. Nice meat ratio. Maybe a bit too many beans for me but my spouse loves it that way. Just a touch of chili spice to the soup. Really pretty good. I will get it again.
With six kids, it's difficult to go to fast food restaurants. We celebrated our daughters 8th birthday tonight and our daughter wanted to eat inside. This is the second time we've celebrated a birthday in this location. Both times the service was excellent, the staff was kind. Thank you for helping us have a great night!
Special orders not correct and items left off order. Seems like all fast food restaurants don’t care about customer service and the workers don’t want to be there.
Love the team that works here! You can tell their team dynamic has a lot of synergy that meets the expectation of what most would like to see in a fast food restaurant. I use the app to order the majority of the time!
Every time I come through there, I get a dble bacon”6$ only mayo… I get a double hamburger with only mayo. I don’t see why I don’t get the bacon if I order a bacon double only mayo that doesn’t mean I don’t want the bacon.smh horrible after 4m..
