The burgers we ordered were cold and dry. Obviously cooked and kept in a warmer. Wendy's used to call the burgers "hot and juicey." These are a major disappointment.
Stay away if you like good food.
This location recently suffered a major loss in staff. As far as I could tell, there was one employee managing the whole place. He managed to keep it open, adjusting to limited hours and closed dining. Theyre doing the best they can right now, trying to keep the business going. And, knowing that has made the long drive thru line easier to deal with.
My daughter and I went through the drive thru and ordered medium ice coffee. As we drove away my daughter thought we got smalls. I took the small drinks in the lobby to have the mistake fixed. I was lied to by the person working the drive thru who told me that we had received mediums. My wife and daughter went back a couple days later and asked to see what a medium ice coffee looked like, sure enough he gave us smalls. Mistakes happen but fix mistakes don’t lie. Not impressed.
This place is getting worse every day. Just went to pick up our food and saw an employee in the drive thru handle my fries with his bare hands. When we mentioned it to him, he gave us attitude and never even apologized. This is why this place can't keep people.
Good luck at this location. Short staffed and rude. They couldn't accommodate 3 separate orders in the drive, and with their behavior, I didn't want to give them a red cent anyway. We did have to go back through the drive to get everyone else their spoons and dipping sauces Zero stars if I could.
We placed an order through the mobile app, picked up or order and the entire things was wrong and over half was missing. We contacted the manager and she assured us that it would not be charged to our card to the tune of $57 plus. It was charged to our card and when we went back in and talked to the same manager, she argued that it was not charged to our card, even though we had our statement with it showing the charge. She then proceed to tell us with an attitude that there was nothing she could do and we had to take it up the mobile app and try to get refunded from them. Needless to say that will be our last visit to the Miles City, MT Wendy's.
No wonder they are so short staffed, if this is how the workers are being managed and the example that is set for them!
If I had a daughter I'd seriously consider naming 'Wendy's, I know I wouldn't get a discount, but people would think I'm a good cook too raise her right
Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with no lettuce add cheese and got sauce, tomato, cheese, and the most pitiful piece of lettuce. No meat on my grilled chicken at all. I was very disappointed after a long day of traveling and being starving.
