I go to Wendy’s all the time. But I avoid this one and for good reason. Tonight we placed an order through DoorDash and when I got my food it was either the wrong order ( thus the joke of a chicken sandwich) or it was molded. I will go out of my way and go to the one on 59th and bell. I will never eat at this one again. Clearly food safety or quality isn’t something they value. Because it’s an issue EVERYTIME I go to this location.
Food was good. Make sure if you are ordering barbecue sauce that you specify the one in the packet. I ended up paying an extra $4 for 4 bbqs. Service was quick and courteous, and our order was correct. No complaints. They have good chili too.
My son pointed out to me that the Wendy's girl shirt says mom with her scarf. Thought that was a nice touch. :)
Worst location ever, they served me a dirty wrapped opened hamburger which I didn't order. They soaked the buns in grease and served me a broken patties this hamburger looks disgusting. I called the manager to address the problem and she had an attitude and like to fight with her customers, she should be terminated. Lastly the employees don't care because management doesn't care and boy does it show. Literally go anywhere else to eat this place is garbage actually that's giving garbage a bad name.

I ordered a sandwich and decided to change the sandwich. The manager came out to help the counter girl with a rude attitude.
As I was sitting there eating. She was rude to the employees as she was barking orders.
I've always had a good experience at this location. Food is consistently hot and tasty. French fries are never over seasoned. I go through the drive-thru, and it moves at a reasonable rate. Employees are friendly. I absolutely recommend this location. ????????????????????????????????????????
This is what a full amount of fries looks like to this location. Zero quality standards. No reason to go here when any other restaurant would give you a full serving.
The salted caramel frosty was sooo good! Especially dipping the French fries. It tastes like French toast. I could eat a million of these. Someone get me another, quick! This is the perfect way to end a long day.
Idk what has happened with Wendy's did yall have a budget cut or something. Whats up with these barely there hamburger patties. It was so thin all i tasted was bread.
Update: stand by my original review. Look at this pitiful sandwich. You all did spongebob and the k'rabby patty so wrong. Could not tasty the special sauce patty was thinner than thin. The krabby patty put me in a Krabby mood..
