Let's start off by the first thing, this Wendy's for the biggie bag is $1 higher than the Wendy's on Mill plain, so that takes a star. Food was great, service was great, drive through was fast. I asked for no ketchup and no mustard on my hamburger ad mayonnaise and it came just as I asked. Fry's we're super hot and had plenty of skin on them, these fries seem different than other Wendy's. Chicken nuggets were hot and fresh, and hamburger meat was hot and fresh. I did get my straw and my sauce in bag. So other than paying $1 extra this experience was great.
My family and myself have been ordering from this location for years as it’s super close, and 95% of the time some of our stuff is missing. We’ve had missing drinks, sauces, burgers, and even wrong items. We have to go back and show them our receipt to get the item(s) that are missing. I also work in the fast food industry, and understand how stressful it is when it’s busy, but you still need to make sure food is safe to sell and orders are correct. I’m mentioning food safe to sell because many people have gotten raw/undercooked meat in their burgers or chicken nuggets, which is a HUGEEE DEAL, so unsafe, please do better.
I am tired of getting incorrect food. Today, in drive through i asked for 3 double stacks with no ketchup and they repeated it back to me, 3 double stacks no ketchup and then they hand me my food, "here's your 3 double stacks ketchup only" how did they get it wrong after repeating it back? Simple answer. The person on the speaker in drive through is not the person typing the order into the register. So the person talking to me heard it right, and then the person ringing it up got it wrong.
I parked and went in and threw a tantrum about it. I put the food on the counter and explained they got it wrong even after repeating it back to me and walked out. Didn't let them replace the food, i simply left hungry and angry. No way am i going to complain and then actually eat the replacement food. I know what happens.
Gross. Someone took the wrong bag, meaning they took my food. The worker made them bring it back then she gave it to me after they already had it in their car. Who knows if they touched it ?? Good thing I checked the burger, it was wrong so I got a fresh one. But if it wasn’t wrong?? Lol. They lady who fixed it was great and fast, the lady at the counter seemed like she needed some help
Just ordered an uber eats order, and all of the breakfast items I ordered had no buns, just packed in plastic containers. If the buns were out of stock I'd understand, but there was no communication to let me know so it could be put on something else.
Multiple times I have tried to order Frosty at this location as much as 2 hours before closing and was told they were no longer serving Frostys for the night, and then tonight I made to the store before 2 am and the order taker was going to take my order for 2 soft drinks, I wasn't ordering any food even, and the other employees told us(me and the employee helping me) that they couldn't take my order because they already started counting down the til. Why have posted hours of you aren't going to operate for those hours, and I wasted my gas to go to this location, which is farther away than my usual stop, because they are open later, just to be told no because they already closed the til before closing. I feel like I should have been at least comp'd for the soft drinks I wanted since I did my part in making it before closing and they failed to let me pay for my order because they couldn't wait a few min to close the til. That's bad business IMO, I guess I'll have to start patroning McDonald's or Jack in the box instead of Wendy's.....
Where's the beef?! You'll find it at Wendy's. Good, thick, filling burgers, and extensive soft drink bar and the world famous "frosty".
My only criticism is that they could use an interior face-lift.
They told me it was going to be a 5min wait for the Cobb salad. It took 20mins and we were still missing items. The salad was wilted and old.
