It is as decent as fast food can be. I prefer to get the Biggie Bag with a $5 sandwich option, because it's more cost effective.
EDIT: I almost threw away my receipt without looking at it. The menu states that my chosen meal is $5 before tax, but I was charged $6 pre-taxation.
Absolutely disgusting food. Soggy sandwiches, cold stale fries as if they've been sitting out for hours, my delivery order did not have straws for any of the drinks, and due to something on their end, it's impossible to place an order using the wendys app so I ended up having to use a delivery app and spending 1.5x - 2x the cost just to have it delivered and deal with the frustrations of those apps that do not make things easy.
This is a nice new Wendy's store. The staff are quick, friendly, and accurate. The location is easy to get in and out of as well. The only issue are the many vagrants who hang around it constantly, loitering and smoking. Otherwise, this would be the perfect Wendy's.
If I could leave a negative star review I would. To start it took almost 15 minutes through the drive through. Then I get home to find only half my order. Call, no answer. Just rings. Go back, manager was busy but finally said they would remake the order. Wait another 20 minutes. Get home and my son, who is autistic, bites into his chicken sandwich and there is a 4-6 inch piece of packing tape right in the middle of it.
Ordered single Dave's with cheese, no pickles to go waited while others picked up their orders off the counter, having to look and see if it was theirs girl bagging food could not speak English. How hard could it be to pronounce Bill. She turned the screen around so we could see the names on the orders (seriously) got mine and left to see pickles. I guess the cook can't read English either.
every time I come here they get my order wrong, and at the very least get the sauce wrong. every time I ask for ranch, and every time I'd either get honey mustard or ghost pepper ranch. it happened again today, and I made a note to check that I actually got ranch. i got honey mustard again, and when I told the person at the window, they handed me, again, ghost pepepr ranch, and when I asked again, I actually got ranch this time. also, told them I had a frosty tag, and when I got to the window, was handed an orange one. I never told them what kind i wanted, nor did they ask, so I asked to swap it for what I actually wanted. they seem pretty swarmed with customers at all hours, so I get confusion, but it's also kinda frustrating to deal with this every time.
I probably should have read the reviews first. Ordered a Dave's single combo and received what appeared to be the bargain double stack burger instead. I showed the cashier, who already seemed a bit lost ringing me up and he confirmed that what I received was a Dave's single. I showed him again that it is two small patties and the 4 staff members behind him confirmed this is the Dave's single. A single is one big patty last I checked. Overcharged $12 for the bargain burger in a combo.
I should have looked at the reviews and trusted them. They were all bad. I tried a hamburger and a frosty for lunch today. They looked ok. Appeared to be prepared and cooked properly but an hour later I threw it up. So there must have been something wrong with the frosty or hamburger or both. Way too many homeless folks hanging around there as well. I won't be back.
