Went through the drive thru and the staff asked multiple times what sizes I needed, if I needed it to be a meal, etc. I stated everything very clearly and everything was eventually correct on the screen. Got home and my chicken sandwich was actually a burger (I am sensitive to beef which is why I got chicken). They also did not give us the ketchup we asked for. They said it would be an extra 6 minutes for the chicken to be fresh. Yet we did not get the chicken and still waited.
The ATTITUDE of the manager on duty was worse than any story I have ever heard. Placed a pickup order at 915pm to show up and the lobby is closed. 20 minutes in the drive thru to then be told they will "make it fresh" when they can. Lady catches an attitude when I ask why its not already done. After another 20+ minutes sitting in the parking lot I call to cancel the order and I get so much ATTITUDE I cant speak. Never got food and couldnt cancel order. The few times I had been there before werent great, but lesson learned and wont return.
The lady at the take out window had a horrible attitude. I had to wait at the drive-through for about five minutes before they would take your order. They were taking one order at a time, the lady seemed frustrated and there was minimal amount of cars in the drive-through. The guy asked me what drink I wanted I said, unsweet tea, large, she hand me a medium sweet tea, I told her I asked for a large unsweet, and she then proceeds to mouth to the guy standing there that people changing their minds in the drive-through are the reason why they’re being held up, I didn’t change my mind. You didn’t get the order right, I was then pulled up to sit and wait. The person ahead of me was waiting the entire time I was in the drive-through transaction with this lady
Went to herrin Wendy's to get my order and was refused by manager on duty to upgrade my biggie bag fries to bacinator fries. I went through the drive through on 11/07/2024 around 5:30 pm and had no problem getting this done with my order which had the 5$ biggie bag and a 7$ biggie bag both with said fries with a problem. This is ridiculous its either allowed by some managers but not by others the manger working tonight!
This place was great when it first opened.

We went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 singles and a small #1 with cherry coke.
I started eating right from the bag as we pulled away so it was supposedly cooked fresh.
My burger was dehydrated and split in half lengthwise.
My fries were inedible. They were dark, dehydrated and stale.
This is the absolute worst experience I've had of Wendy's, ever. I wasn't waiting in line again and I have no patience dealing with people who put my meal together.
I'm extremely disappointed. Wendy's is iconic for burgers and fries. This meal is an embarrassment.
The staff was very rude and argumentative and the nuggets we ordered were not correct. I asked if they could tell me which were spicy buffalo and regular and they could not. Completely awful experience and would recommend all stay away from this cluster.
This was the absolute worst wait at the drive thru. Waited one hour. Kids went inside to use restroom and said there was no customers inside. Then they said they couldn't give us straws. Awful experience!
They got my order wrong and when I got them to fix the order, they got rude towards me. As he handed me my order, he said in the rudest way “There, now you’re happy!”
No, I’m not happy.
I will never eat at this location ever again.
