And they continue to screw up a simple takeout order. I was the only one in line, no customers in the store. Two burgers ordered, two burgers not what was ordered. Called and spoke with the manager. She said she made them……what more can be said. BTW . No apology….
57 minutes sitting in drive thru. If I hadn'tve ordered ONLINE, I would have easily went elsewhere. Went into the lobby midway through waiting and had my wife hold our spot in the drive thru lane. was dismissed back to the drive thru even though the lobby was completely empty. My bad I guess! Haha! Typically shop local but wanted to grab something quick-hence the online order. Not even a single word was said to me once finally at the window. Food was genuinely terrible. Won't make the mistake again, and if you're reading this-you shouldn't either.
Good luck if you're ordering thru app as they may or may not make your order. I placed order thru app for carry out asap, and got there 20 mins later. Counter said they haven't made it yet. So wait another 15 mins then ask how it's coming and manager says they haven't got the order yet. I check the receipt in the app that shows I was charged and he says nothing he can do about it because they haven't got the order yet. They don't refund app orders or even make the order I was charged for. He suggested I try placing the order again. Go to 4 seasons location, never had issues there.
Never eat at this Wendy's again. Food super salty. Service was more like 2nd graders waiting on us. Waiting on food was long. 2 groups together . One group got food 30 minutes later 2nd couple got food and it was bad.
This is a pretty good Wendy’s! They were busy when we arrived, but they were able to get our order correct and in a reasonable time!
This is the THIRD time in a ROW where I got home an the order was incorrect. After turning back around the extra 10 mins, manager replaced wrong items well enough, but the salad I received was wilted an brown, somewhat slimy.
After 3 bad experiences in a row, will never step foot into Spartanburg Hyw, Hendersonville store again!
Love the food they have an the new burgers they are dropping, I also use to work at a wendys back in college but now I go there mostly because my friend works there.
Service was awful manager was running the window and was completely dissmissive and rude and I ate my food went to be and woke up vomiting! Gotta love the authentic experience
