Don’t waste your time coming to this location near closing time. We pulled into the drive thru at 11:50pm. No response at the intercom, called the store phone number. They answered and decided to help us since they are supposed to be open until 12 am. Very unprofessional, you can hear the workers cursing at each other while waiting for our food. Food wasn’t able to be ordered accordingly since they tried shutting down before the actual closing time. Stay away from here.
Got there at 7pm and no customers in the dining area. Restroom was dirty and run down. Went to the counter to order and nobody was paying attention as they were working in the back. Employees all having conversations with each other about break times and whatever else. Gave me the wrong order which I didn’t discover until I was well on my way home. It is fast food, so I get it. But I’ve never had this kind of experience at Chik fila.
This place is absolutely terrible everytime I go it’s even worse than the last time, I see the employees smoking out the drive through window all the time, the food always takes forever to come out, and the food is just disgusting, the employees also have a terrible work ethic, they don’t know how to treat costumers I honestly don’t know how this place is open. Please go to the Wendy’s on chandler instead everything is much better than this one.
If i could give ZERO stars i absolutely would but unfortunately leaving one is the only way to write this review. I just spent the last FORTY minutes in and out of the Wendy’s drive thru trying to order a spicy chicken sandwich combo, some nuggets, and a frosty. After 40 minutes all i have to show for said efforts is an empty stomach and a refund on top of immense anger. We were told to pull forward for our food and were left sitting for fifteen minutes. Despite online saying the dining room is open until Midnight the doors were closed so we were forced to spend another 15 in the drive thru lane to be given a quarter of the order made WRONG. I have never been so completely appalled by the service at a restaurant and i will NEVER be returning to this location. Don’t waste your time here and find somewhere else.
Food is good when they get your order right. Don't pull away without checking your bag. Unfortunately it is not uncommon to just get a burger when you ordered nuggets with fries; a complete disconnect for some reason.
Forgot why I stopped going here. Dry bread, overcooked meat, fries were stale, no bacon when it was ordered and the nuggets were way overcooked and dry. This is the Worst Wendy’s in Arizona that I have ever been
Check your bag before you leave! Went to grab a burger and was confused feeling around until I looked at one and turns out they were all missing one of their patties, smh at least they didn't forget them completely.
Wendy’s is a great fast food burger and the milkshakes and fries are pretty darn good as well. Fast and friendly service and the new high tech beverage dispenser. Not fast food, but good food fast!
