Ordered to go.. my burger looked and tasted like it had been sitting out too long, bun was dry. No options at the drink machine so I had to get someone to fill my cup. The fries were good. The chicken sandwich was just OK. Highly disappointed with the meal for $20. Definitely not worth it.
Sitting waiting on food when ordered through drive thru. 4 cars waiting I asked if there's was a long wait. Lady replied waiting on fries. They move you to the side to stop the timer to get orders out. Been waiting 10 minutes ridiculous. Customers were pulling off now I see why! Please do better.

On the mobile app, I ordered a maple bacon chicken croissant with medium seasoned potatoes, 4 piece French toast sticks, and a small coffee. The lady at the window had me pull up to the door to wait for my order. I waited for a long time until finally some young guy brought my food out. My coffee was missing so I told him and he went back to get it. I also had to wait a long time for that. When I got my coffee, it was barely warm along with the rest of the food. The chicken on my croissant was burnt. They also left out the Swiss cheese on it. Tasted horrible. Steer clear of this location.
This had to be the worse experience I've had at a food place ever. Service was horrible and there was no one there. Two sick kids sleepy in a booth and one walking around with poop stains on pj's. The mom was back and forth to her car and talking to employee like friends. I will probably never go to a Wendy's again.
Ate inside and the person in front of us ordered, ate their meal and left before we even got our food. Then we got our food and it was wrong. After waiting over 20 minutes at least the fries were fresh.
I'm at Wendy's in Winston-Salem North Carolina on University parkway and I just got the $5 biggie meal and for some reason the staff does not want to give him my food They got us waiting. I don't know what's going on the cashier is acting really funny. This is hilarious to me. Are they not paying them enough money. Isn't this a young person's job.
Horrible!!!! This is the SECOND TIME that I've been to this location and it's been terrible. It's the closest one to my home but NEVER again!!! The food is always old and terrible.
I decided to get a breakfast sandwich this morning since they had a BOGO free deal. Look at this friggin' sandwich! Burnt and old! Mind you, I'm in bed recovering from giving birth so I couldn't even take it back. I'm definitely submitting a complaint to corporate. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!
This place needs some serious help. The drink machine had no ice in it when we got there and it wasn't filled up with ice manually until we had finished eating and we were leaving. The manager lady behind the counter, Seems like she really hates her job. None of the security cameras in this place match. Do any of them work? The food was okay, but I'm pretty sure my cheese was frozen when it was served to me.
