I've always loved the good tasting food here. I've seen a few times, rude employees at the drive thru. They seem to not greet, smile or thank. For the most part, the food is always tasty, but the employees have a big impact on whether or not to stop in. I've also seen they often forget items ordered. We've decided more lately to visit the Beaver Dam Wendy's. The food is always better and employees friendlier than the Central City location.
Update: very recently I've noticed workers at drive thru are more polite, just the ones inside could use training in greeting or acknowledging the customer.
Slowest “fast food” in history. Half the crew went on break while I was waiting on my very simple order. 24 minutes later and I’m still waiting in line. DO BETTER
Very poor and unfriendly service. Drive thru guy literally told me it was gonna be a while cause they had to make 10 frosty’s
Pretty standard wendys. Food came out quickly. The unsweetened was fresh and had not been sitting in the cistern too long. This one had the lounge style decor in the dining area, I'm not the biggest fan of it, but it was nicely done if you are.
On my last visit, 3 combo meals and 2 smoothies cost nearly 50.00. Come to find out they were charging extra for what they call peak hours where they charge more for busier times of day. So even though there was barely anyone inside the building and we were the only ones in the drive thru from the time we ordered to the time we left they thought they were so busy that they should charge more. Have not been back since and will not return to that location. So far as I know they do this at all Wendy's locations so haven't been to one anywhere else either.
Good place to eat. The restaurant wasn't very busy, so the order didn't take long. We got our order correct, and the food was hot.
They tend to have issues getting orders straight always check but it's always good and warm. Ask about frosty tags too worth its weight in gold.
Specifically Asked For Fresh Fries And Nuggets
They Gave Me The Opposite.
When I Went Back In To Get Fresh Items .. The Manager Tries To Replace My Food With The Same Batch Of Old Nuggets And Fries. And Give Me More Like That Fixed Anything. So After I Waited Another 10 Minutes I Got What I Ordered But Nothing Extra.
So You Give Away Old Food.. But Nothing To Make Up For The Mistake. ????????♀️
And The Fries Are Still Cold
