Food was great, it was a lively atmosphere. The employees were laughing and having a great time while working and taking care of the customers. Plus they have a coca cola freestyle machine so that is bonus points.
I always go thru the drive thru and the speed and service is AMAZING!! I ALWAYS get an accurate order and good quality food!! I have not experienced a Wendy’s like this ever!! You can definitely see leadership in management caring for service and quality!!
Went to Miiville's Wendy's. I ordered 4 potatoes, after verifying that they had them, only requesting butter for each,a free frosty with coupon from 1$ book, previously purchased, a 1.99 ,kids meal, with coupon from previously purchased coupon book. I received, 4 potatoes, 2 butters,only.Not per potatoe, but total of 2 butters for 4 potatoes. Kids meal, with "NO" toy, need I say my great niece was VERY, disappointed.The French fries, nuggets, beverage, and pineapple frosty was excellent. I just want the management to be aware.I will continue to go to this Wendy's because, food is very fresh, and most employees are very nice...BUT, I will go inside to make sure, the purchases are filled properly. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME..
Haven't been to a Wendy's in a minute and I don't think that I have ever been to this Wendy's at all. The place was busy and the Drive-Thru was packed so we went inside. There was 2 orders in front of me, someone waiting for there order and what I later found out to the side was a Uber Eats order! There was only 1 person on the Register and she was doing both, Uber orders and in store orders! After a few minutes waiting, she had to tell the line that she would get back to us because she had to complete the Uber order, which by the way was a big order! She then gets back to the line and we spent over 20 minutes in the line because the Person was doing both orders, and there were 2 more Uber orders that came in while I was there!
If it hadn't been for the fact that my Granddaughter wanted this Krabby Patty order, I would have left. No fault of the Cashier but that was entirely too long to be waiting for, "Fast Food"
The single cheeseburger with lettuce tomato and onion and mayonnaise was good. And I bought an order of chili. But the girl taking my order acted like she couldn't understand what I wanted on my cheeseburger. I had to keep repeating it. Then when I got to the window I realized she was texting on her phone. Then I got to next window to get my food and the girl practically threw a bag at me. I guess she was in a hurry. I looked in the bag and it wasn't even my order. So then I had to knock on the window to get her attention and let her know that wasn't my order.
Get food, staff always personable...I go late night after work...drive through atmosphere awesome.
Was covering the store in the area for my job and stopped at Wendy's for lunch. Parking lot was clean it. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. Picked up a cheeseburgers and fries for lunch. And the food was prepared just like the picture on the wall. If you're in the mood for fast food this Wendy's is definitely up your alley. Definitely recommend
I was in drive thru,service was quick and efficient. My fries weren't filled to the top bursting tho!!
