Worst Wendy’s in Philly. Sent out some food that had to be sitting in the bag for a few hours. There where pickle prints in the chicken sandwich and cheese, the chicken looked old wit a grey wet mask in it from the pickles sitting on it for a while. The fries were old hard and cold. The food was not edible. Ordered off DoorDash and threw $20 right in the trash
This PLACE NEEDS TO GET SHUT DOWN! Very unprofessional, no hairnets they are constantly messing up my orders and cashiers are rude. They need to train their workers because it seems like some of them don’t know what they are doing. Food is dry, drinks are water down constantly. Don’t go here to eat. And also the bathroom is disgusting there is barely ever any toilet paper and there is never no soap. Worst fast food establishment I’ve ever went to.
pretty sure its only this wendys. rip off. order a 5$ biggie bag. 6.75$ i ask why isnt it 5$? plus tax? they said they only are doing medium or large biggie bags. is that even legal? may report to my girl wendy when i get a chance food and service was good though
The food was tasty. My kids had fun ordering for themselves. We ate inside. It was comfortable enough. My only issue was that they told my daughter they didn't have a bathroom. How? Why not? Is it just out of order for a bit? Who knows. But anyway, they enjoyed themselves. I will return if in the area.
I’ve been here a few times, the most recent time I made it just in time before breakfast ended and I got the honey butter chicken biscuit because of a recommendation from my boyfriend and it was pretty good the biscuit was a tad bit dry but other than that it was good, it was also pretty clean, quite and well laid out there too. Majority of the times I’ve been here within the last few months I get the spicy chicken sandwich meal which is my go to meal. And the last time I’ve gotten breakfast was maybe august of 2020 and it was the maple bacon chicken croissant which was pretty good too.
Too "hood" for me! Not ran well from what I see and they're hiring managers not mature enough to run a Wendy's. Nothing but complete buffoonery up in there ????????
The food was on par with other Wendy's, but the service was quite slow. The restaurant was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, and missing soap and toilet paper.
Awful! They were out of everything. Cashier checked if they had any Bottles of Water, said they were out but that she would give me water from the soda fountain, THEN CHARGED ME FOR A BOTTLE ANYWAYS.
Just avoid.
