Night crew really doesn’t care about building your burger, the pickles weren’t even on this. I also ordered a junior deluxe and got a cheap little jr cheeseburger instead. So apparently they don’t know the menu or care to send out the correct food. I was in the hospital all day and this was my dinner. I’m also heavily pregnant so this was a reall disappointment. Whoever is on table should be switched out for literally anyone else, my children could do better than this. Disappointed they even got my money. Dont waste your time.
Always messing up our order. I wanted to try something new, removed stuff off my burger because I'm not a huge fan of raw onions, lettuce, or mustard on a burger; and they added it anyways. I even got extra stuff on my burger that they didn't add. In addition, i ordered a bacon and cheese potato, add sour cream, chives, and butter, and they gave me a chili potato without adding any of that. They forgot our drinks and the fries on my boyfriends meal, and added lettuce and all that on his burger too. You'd think maybe the order was wrong, but the correct receipt was on the bag, and they even had the free 10 pcs nugget we got as a promo with our meal. It's ridiculous, I'm tired of them messing up our food, how do you mess it up that bad?
Salt and pepper packets limited. Got the wrong order- wondered why it said chicken when we ordered hamburgers. Ladies came over and said they opened one order was hamburger but they each ordered chicken. I asked for salt at the counter and was given two packets. Staff was friendly but apparently not very knowledgeable. Food was okay but not great. Dined in.
We ordered 1 chicken sandwich and 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and confirmed it and went to the window and they said "here is your one chicken sandwich and one spicy sandwich"
We informed her it was supposed to be two spicy chicken and she said "well I could order you another but you'd be holding up my line" in the most rude and disrespectful voice!
I've never heard someone say that but definitely have no desire to go back here.
The food was great and they had it out in a timely fashion but the staff were all over the place couldn't focus on taking the order. And they continuing to ask is that all ever very word I said it got really hard to order and half my food was wrong
Guess I should've looked at the Google reviews first. Got a Dave double and 4 jbc around 815pm on a Saturday..., literally opened the double right after he handed me the bag. The burger tasted like they were pulled off a trash can burger, Cold AF, hard cheese, everything tasted funny. 1 out of 4 of the jbc was edible, no joke. Thanks for the 20$ jbc! ????
Food was fresh and service great. What I noticed was a medium fry was put in my large fry box and it was very noticeable. Please fill the large fry box properly, that's what people pay for. I will return a star when I see my large fry full.
$8.79 for the smallest salad! It pains me having spent this much on something I could have made for so much less at home. ???? But I was hungry and desperate. There was a decent amount of chicken and bacon. Berries and lettuce were fresh. I arrived around 7:30 on a Saturday and it was busy. The staff was doing their best to keep up, and I thought they did a great job.
