I ordered the ghost pepper chicken sandwich meal and the Carmel frosty. The fries were fresh and the frosty was good.
The chicken sandwiches first two bites were good until the rest of it was like a hard rubbery piece. I was not happy about it but I was already down the road heading home to Bolivar mo. I won't be ordering the chicken sandwiches anymore just the burgers.
Beware of this restaurant!! We placed a mobile order and then sat at the drive up window for at least 10 minutes or more only to be told by the young lady working at the window that at least we had hot and fresh fries. When we parked in a parking stall and took out our food, the French fries were clearly old and given to us Instead of the fresh hot ones we waited so long for. When I went in to address the issue with the so-called manager, he was hateful and told me that he knew the fries had just been dropped and that he was not going to stand there and argue with me. After his attitude, I requested a refund where he snidely informed me that I would have to take care of that on the mobile app. I will never do business at this establishment again. Wow.
Okay first of all I want to say I love Wendy's! And I'll change my review once girl at the register with the pierced nose can hand drink cups to me without putting her fingers down inside the cups to hand them to me after handling money. You just don't do that! Everything else is okay. The girl just needs more training. This is one of the most efficiently. Ran Wendy's though and that I come to after traveling and wandering the roads 42 weeks a year. I hope the manager corrects her. To me. That's just gross.
Nuggets are dry overcooked and paid extra for the bbq ones and it looks like they poured a single sauce packet on it. Very disappointing
They were very fast! Right before I went in, they had a group of about 50 people (literally) stop in. I ordered on the app & had my food within about 8 minutes! And all the employees had smiles on their faces. I was impressed & will stop here again!
The food was fresh and tasty, but the restaurant was dirty. There’s obviously not enough help to send an employee into the dining area to keep it clean. Probably will not dine in again.
Food was your average Wendy’s along with the atmosphere. Everything was clean and the high chairs and boosters had their own alcove for storage.
I come here often and they NEVER have potatoes during dinner, if your selling a lot or have little left obviously you need to cook more sooner since they take so long to cook it’s not that hard to use common sense if your selling them fast or are low on them that you should get them in ASAP instead of not selling a item that is on the menu, and denying it to customers that have placed mobile orders for it. If you can’t have it ready don’t have it on the menu.
