First, I used the bathroom and found extra sticky urine coated floors with dirty counters in the bathroom. Then I stepped up to the counter that had no line with 3 employees talking loudly about how busy a previous shift was within 5 feet of the register. Nobody came over, so I used the kiosk to order, no big deal. I received a cold burger, that probably should had been thrown out 2 hours before, cold fries, barely warm nuggets. Then I go to get my drink at the dispenser and all the counters were dirty with obvious sticky soda stains, that had been there so long that the soda was dried up. Same condition at the condiments station as well. This location took every opportunity to neglect customer service at every step. I will not be back. McD's is right down the road.
I tried to leave a review in the Wendy’s app so it didn’t have to be a public affair but you can’t connect to anyone or actual do the review through the app or online when you go to the “Wendy’s wants to know” website.
I usually stop here, it’s a Wendy’s. That’s fine. But someone should know that there’s an older gentleman who works behind the counter who I watched put his gloved hand directly to his mouth 3+ times and then handle food with that same glove on his hand that just touched his mouth (he appeared to be blowing kisses to another coworker standing across from him)
The employees are nice, again it’s a Wendy’s and on that note the foods pretty good for being a Wendy’s. But like what’s the point in wearing a glove if you’re gonna touch your mouth with it and then handle food directly? I wouldn’t even care if he did it with his bare hand and then put a glove on, that’s still gross but this was just icky.
Exactly what you hope to get. Hot food cold condiments. All assembled and package professionally. Really restored my faith in fast food.
Food was good but the speed of service here isn’t great. It was dinner time when we went so I know it would be busy, but 20 minutes in line seems excessive.

Don't expect too much. Everyone that works there seems decent.

Sometimes it feels like it's slightly understaffed like most places nowadays.
A woman changed a baby's poopy diaper on a dining room table. She complained there were no changing table. No employee action. This was my first and last visit ever.
Ordered a Meal for myself and a Cheeseburger Kids Meal. Girl asked if I wanted just the sandwich or the meal, confused as it's a kids meal I just said yes. After again saying the meal with a small sprite she then replied "oh ok because yes doesn't tell me anything ". Sure enough just got a regular meal and not a kids meal.
Ordered my food on the touch screen, thought it was weird noone was working the terminal. Watched multiple people walk in and get confused as well and ignored by staff when they asked for help. When I finished placing the order I didn't receive any receipt for my # order or anything. I waited 30 minutes and never received food, didn't bother asking for a refund just to get ignored but they sure got my money.
My time before that I used the drive thru and ordered a baconator and 4pc nugget and was told I needed to pull aside. Watched them hustle 4 cars thru the drive thru before anyone came to give me mine. The staff here needs some intense training and people skills. Normally don't complain but when you only have 20 minutes for break and need something quick you think fast food but not here apparently.
Inside was clean so not a 1 there but this place sucks.
