Had lunch with my wife. Service was nice, only cash payment available on this day. We were informed prior to our order - no problem.
Had spicy chicken and ghost pepper ranch chicken sandwiches with fries and spicy ghost pepper saucy nugs. The server told us, they will be a lot spicy, but they weren't too hot. Just a bit more spicy but not in an uncomfortable way.
For comparison we're German tourists who aren't used to eating hot stuff very often.
Wife had the Son of Baconator combo. I had the Double Big Bacon Classic combo. We each had a chocolate frosty. We went into the place and was taken care of right away. Only complaint is the parking. If you have a medium sized vehicle or bigger the spaces are a little tight.
Wonderful, helpful team members! Wendy's food is consistently delicious and excellent quality. Wendy's is also one of the few remaining restaurants that still offers self-service beverages, which is so great.
Have yet to open the bag but done early , fresh , and hot. Hope nothing is missing but I’m sure it is perfect! Yum ! Extra sauce no charge which is good. The kids love Wendy’s sauces lol
I had to yell hello to be seen and there was no other customer inside. Then my breakfast items set out for over 5 minutes while employees were all in back doing idk what. The drive thru employee delivered several orders before someone came and gave us food. She was willing her hands all over her apron like something was on it then grabbed our food set on counter across from potatoes made my potatoes then tossed it all in bag. My breakfast burgers and burritos were not warm. I was looking forward to trying Wendy's breakfast as I've never had it but after this experience I'll go to Carl's Jr or McDonald's next time.
This has been the closest Wendys to me for about 10 years, so it's the only one I go to. I love it. Quality control is way above average. I've never gotten anything that wasn't fresh. That's pretty damn rare for a fast food establishment. Can't say the same about BK or McDonald's. Everyone is always friendly. Service is fast. Other Wendys need to do whatever this one's been doing.
Uber Eats driver here. Nice, polite. But not fast. Usually I wait a good 10 minutes for the customer's order.
As I was about to enter the front door to use the restroom at this Wendy's, I saw this gentleman standing nearby that looked as if he hadn't eaten for awhile. So before I went back to my car I ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget & small frosty to give the hungry fella. I don't have a lot of money but I also don't like seeing anybody go hungry. I wasn't shocked but was surprised at the high cost of 6 little nuggets & 10 oz frosty (imitation ice milk).
The stranger was gracious and repeatedly thanked me. I thought to myself later its no wonder people aren't eating regularly, they can't afford to, even junk food is now out of reach for many of our unfortunate neighbors. Damn, for 7 bucks I could've made 3 healthy meals.
